Also, am I crazy or does this thread not show up in the 'recently updated' section any more.

Makes it kind of tough to keep up when there is so much new info coming.

why dont i see any in-hand sales on ebay yet... I dont want to have to buy it that way, but I dont want to wait til December...

I know I'll certainly be checking eBay every few hours. :)

Looks beautiful, if a tad bulky. Head looks much better and the details are amazing!

Wonder if it will have hand swap issues like BB?

Seriously though, I felt that he looks more buff than he needs to be. Bale look slightly slimmer in the new suit.

Wow...I don't know about you guys, but I think that the Begins figure still looks waaaay better thant the DK one...
I mean, the DK has some amazing detail but overall, it looks weird doesn't it?
I think Begins looks more natural...but then again, I've always thought that DK's design was a bit over the top...
And he looks like he has a bra!

Mmmm... despite the recent changes to the details, there is one big problem with the TDK figure..

Its way too FAT!! The TDK costume is meant to be more lean.. but instead we get a batman with breasts and large waistline!! I'm in a dilemma now.

Need more pics to confirm this.

Wow the figure looks great!!!

I do agree he is buffer than he should be, but the figure was like that since the first production images and I didn't see that changing.

Some pictures the figure doesn't look so good and others it does. But I am sure in hand it will kick ass.

The new suit isn't really that lean. The reason IMO why it looks more lean is that they changed the cowl and he doesn't have that "panther neck" anymore. If you look at the pics of TDK suit he still looks pretty bulky. The HT version is a little "fat" but not by much. The chest does seem too big though.

The HT one may also appear fatter because the breast plate looks large on the HT figure, compared to the actual costume the breast plate is in the same size range as the ab piece.

It looks fantastic and i'm not surprised, i've never had to doubt HT's and what they do!

Where are all the nitpickers? Its kinda odd having such a peacefull 5 or 6 pages in a Batman related thread.

Can't wait to get this one!

Yup the chest piece is a bit too big. But the rest of the figure looks alright. I think people are getting the impression that TDK suit is lean because of the skinny neck compared with the "panther neck" of the original costume.

Pic of the actual suit from the Arclight Theater here in Hollywood. As you see, it is a little bulky and the chest has size to it.

That being said, some things have to give when you're recreating something in 1/6 scale but I really think HT did an amazing job.

Also, remember that the joke on set was that the DK was ment to be lighter and faster but the costume was actually heavier than the Batman Begins suit.
