Hopefully they have ask Yulli to redo the headsculpt.
I know I'm wishing for too much.
I'm wondering if it's being worked on and that's why Sideshow only has the preview photo to show off, they've obviously photographed the whole figure as that catalog scan shows, so there must be some reason full photos aren't ready but SSC was authorized to begin soliciting orders.
They count the individual joints. im guessing maybe he doesn't have feet and the peg just plugs into the shoes Joker style.
I may be wrong, but it seems that the reason for the delay in real pics, considering the time frame between previews and full pics (look how fast it was for the DX Batman), its possible that hot toys listened to the feedback about the head and cancelled their original pictures and went back to fix the head ala marcus and then solicit it with the better head and avoid resoliciting it with new pics and stuff.

lol@ at the people that think it's actually gonna look exactly like that pic in hand.
Oh ye of little faith.
Remember the Rocky proto. (jus sayin)
Good thought, but Two-Face, Joker, Godfather, etc are all listed as 32 points of articulation and don't have feet. I've also realised that there shouldn't be any change in the number of articulation points due to the head/neck area, since on Joker he has no upper neck joint (where head and neck connect) but does have the lower neck joint, whereas Wolverine has no lower neck joint, but does have the upper one. So I'm still wondering where those two joints are going.
I'm hoping a reveal at ComicCon but who knows with this figure.
