According to The Clipperking's video review, the knees on this Mark 2 are double jointed, and have essentially the same range of motion as the previous Mark 2, 3, and battle damaged Mk. 3.
It's just that the new ball joint at the knee tends to pop loose when articulating the leg.
Recall how several folks claimed the Mark 5 lacked a cut/swivel joint at the top thigh . . . (which of course it does have. )
This may be a bit of sleeper, methinks.
Folks are (understandably) feeling some Iron Man fatigue, so they will take a pass.
But--like the Mark 1--this isn't a fig that can be readily parted out, and once it's sold out it could become another grail piece. The once overlooked becomes the soon scarce and then the highly coveted.
There's something about the empty helmet that just kicks my ass.
And as dedguy's mentioned -- the silhouette and proportions on this version are quite an improvement.
And the new Cheadle sculpt is much better than the War Machine version. But who cares? The autopsy look is what sells this piece to me.
