Yeah, I like it, so what?

Audiences simply would not buy or accept a Tony Stark that is not played by RDJ (unless it's in a complete reboot of the Marvel cinematic universe). If Feige doesn't realize this then he is the fool of fools.

Its been a great deal for both no doubt. I do think Marvel needs to make sure they pony up the cash to their main guys and keep them as long as they can. Ride the wave before it crashes.

Therein lies the problem. This is simply the first casting that'll need to be renewed for lots of cash. The more movies they do the more cast they'll aquire and have to pay out more and more each time a contract renewal comes along.

They've sold their movies as connected in one universe and thus cannot reboot one without rebooting all. The cast won't stay forever on these films and the leads will have to be recasted eventually. In the end it'll make more sense to reboot the universe than keep paying these actors more and more.

I'm sure the reboot will come quicker than continuing some of these series. So stick with the guys you got right now like you should.

A man overpowering a technological suit of armor in a arm wrestling match?

Impossible and unrealistic. Not seeing this now.

The fight with just the glove and boot looks like ite'll be good.

______________

I figured out a way that Marvel Studios could continue with RDJ without having to pay him a ton more money.

Simply take a break from Iron Man, enough time for RDJ to realise that without Iron Man he can't command such dosh and upon retirning to the franchise in a few years he'll be happy to return without demanding such money. It's not like there's a shortage of superheroes for them to make films from in the meantime. It'll sace them money and they won't have to recast or reboot.

Something gives me the feeling, maybe it's the tone i dunno, but i've got the feeling that at the end of this movie...

Pepper will be killed and Tony will fly off into Space to escape the feeling

Yep, once an actor is cast in a role, they can never be replaced.
