Agreed, RDJ is Tony Stark. Someone else might do a good job but it won't ve the same. It would be too soon if they rebooted it now or within the next ten years. I think Avengers 2 is coming out in 2015-16. That was the plan I remember.

yup, same here. And i think just bout everyone I knew who watch the IM movie says that RDJ IS Tony Stark and that he is irreplaceable, unlike Batmans. lol When is Avengers 2 coming out btw?

They will have recovered costs by the end of next week and will bend over backwards to keep RDJ involved, even if he doubles his asking price.

I'm not sure, I would think so considering the ending of The Avengers and the success of it. Who in their right mind would turn down a sequel?

IDK, I've seen the movie, but I'm still debating whether or not I should get the Mandarin...Although, I decided early on to get a mandarin figure because of the comics and not because of the movie.

Btw, to recap - I saw Igor, red snapper and heartbreaker during the 'home party' scene. Did I miss any other suits, I think the other suits didnt make too much of an impression? thats at least 30ish + suits, I doubt that HT will make all though, seeing that they all barely have a few seconds on screen. I initially thought bought giving up on collecting the suits because theres no way Im gonna buy 40+ suits since I'm sort of a completist, but now that they won't be making all 40 suits, I might be tempted to get the red snapper, heart breaker and Igor and I guess thats it from HT??

Silver Centurion (one with the blade thing ), and Hypervelocity/Shotgun (silver bulky armor which had a jet at the back, had some hand to hand combat with Kilian).

I liked the suit which had the repulsors at the back of it. Have no idea what it's called though.

Yeah! I was quite interested to know it's name too. It had illuminated lines at the back.

could it be the deepspace suit? everything was happening too fast and it was dark that I couldnt see most of it. also, I swear I thought I saw Killian karate chopping the suit that stark had on, during the final battle. and when I thought that how could they amputate Stark's leg, I thought that maybe Stark had used the control thingy on the suit. But he didnt. So that was kinda odd for like a few sec to me.

I think Stark released his leg from the suit right before the suit's leg gets chopped off.

Loved when Stark was killing all Killian's henchmen in that basement, then one of them says "You know, I never liked them, always thought they were weird" or something, then runs off lol.

I think it was a very realistic depiction of a hired gun. I mean it's always weird in other movies when paid henchmen still fight to the death despite being obviously over-powered by the hero. It's not like they have a personal dispute with the hero.

yup. I think the guys at HT must be pretty disappointed as well. As to why didnt they release the specs n pics of the mandarin sooner, as they would get more PO. I doubt anyone would PO him now

haha yeah, it's a shame too, as I really liked his character and look (before he revealed his true identity), and I think he would've made an awesome figure. Had he been the main villain all along, I'd probably PO him.

might as well customize it from the Saofeng POTC HT figure. All you gotta do is add rooted beard and hair and you are all set. IT'll be cheaper too, considering he's flooding the shelves everywhere until now

@_@ Well I'm not a fan of customs, and I never knew there was a Sao Feng figure?!
I always tend to forget HT has been up and running for over a decade now.


Anycase, I still like Ben Kingsley more.

The whole movie is about Tony recounting the past few events to Banner. Banner makes a joke about not being "that kind of doctor" since it seems like Tony is mistaking Banner for a psychiatrist just because he's called doctor. Hope I didn't become Mr. Obvious there. HAHA

Seemed to me they're just riding on Ruffalo-Hulk's success, mixing it with the "doctor" punchline. Ehh pretty lame really. I hope it means something more, but it doesn't seem like it.

I went in very hyped..so obviously went out disappointed.

IMO: IM1 > IM3 > IM2
