Its my understanding the the lens is gonna be more important between the two interms of better quality shots. Both bodies are excellent and capable of stellar shots, but the cheap stock lens will hamper your results. Bah...stupid DSLR crap-o-la

Yeah the 50mm prime i bought needs next to no PS. The kit lens pics look way better after PS.

I'm leaning towards the Nikon D5200 with a 18-105mm lens or maybe I'll just get her flowers....$1000 vs $45....hmmmmm...
