I never liked BvS. I actually laughed out loud in the theater as to how bad it is. I tried to watch it a 2nd time on HBO, and as soon as they showed Lex I said nope, F@$K this **** and turned it off.. I bought the Blu Ray for $5 thinking maybe one day I'll be able to revisit this sh@t and watch the extended version, but I doubt it. It will be sealed for eternity, or at least until my son or daughter decide they want to watch it.
That's likely a given. 15 days to 1 billion would have to be a record, no?
But if the movie sucks, and since so many Star Wars movies have come in the last 2 years, this one does have the chance -- slim, yes -- of NOT breaking a billion. The middle Star Wars always does the worst, even Empire.

JL should make people pause but screw it TLJ is the follow up to TFA of course it will easily earn at the very least half of what TFA made and even half of what TFA made is still huge.
I finally saw it last night (for free). It wasn't as bad as I expected based on my own opinion from the previous movies and the trailers, the critics, and those on the forums. It was an entertainingly BAD movie. Just another tentpole popcorn movie. It was not the worst of the mess that is the DCEU. WB/DC should be ashamed of themselves as to how they treat their own properties. The trinity are some of the most beloved and well know characters around the world for the past 70+ years. Just like BvS, this movie should've easily been a $1 billion+ blockbuster hit. Instead they rushed nearly everything to market (SS, BvS, JL) just to cash in on Marvel's box office success. I won't go into specifics as to what was so bad, as it's already been said numerous times over. The movie was a mess. Distractingly terrible CGI, terrible pacing, more plot hole gaps than swiss cheese..... The only entertaining parts was seeing these characters together on screen as the JL and fighting some end of days bad guy. And I agree, the most entertaining parts was Supes taking on the Jl, Supes and Flash saving people, and the 1st post credit scene.
But, as much of it was bad, nothing made me want more than to scream "FU WB" than the end credit scene. I at least hoped that they would move on from one of the biggest problems and fan complaints from BvS, the terrible casting and portrayal of Lex Luthor... NOPE!!!
Instead, there he was in all his glory, mind you now shaved with a bald head(?)(like that was the problem as to why he was hated by the fans), ushering a potential plot sequel to this trainwreck..... NO THANK YOU!!

Shouldn’t the term “death multiplier” be saved for JL.
I already told my son that she was a coke whore fiend who thought her dog gary spoke to her and had a hand in exploding John Belushi’s myocardium septum into 2 but don’t worry about such trivial matters and just enjoy the Princess in her last outing.

Haven't seen JL yet but I'll play the ranking game

I like Wonder Woman the most perhaps because I knew sweet F all about the character really and thus had no massive investment in it. To me it was therefore just fine apart from the boring and uninteresting CG light display for a final battle. Her first piece of action on the WWI battlefield was really cool.
Suicide Squad is just a useless film. I don't see the sense in gathering together a group of villains and turning them into anti-heroes when we hadn't even seen them be villains yet. Completely backwards way of going about things if you ask me. Will never watch again, there's just nothing to get out of this film. It scratches no itch.
The rest of them I have fundamental problems with that I can't get past which sort of just ruins the whole thing for me no matter what 'course corrections' they try to make. As elseworld experiments I guess they do retain some level of interest where I might go back to them from time to time assuming no superior alternative has come into fruition in the meantime. Personally I just didn't want 'elseworld'. I wanted the real Superman, the real Batman. I wanted to see them meet - but only after each character had been pre-established in their own separate movie or even movies. The pay-off is simply better that way.

A. I just bought SS 3D for $10 black friday here in the states lol
B. WW battlefield scene was cool for her heroic stance but I just don’t see why it’s held in such high regards. It’s certainly not at the TWS level of coolness.
- “Every movie from the superhero genre released in 2017 was well-reviewed and with the bar set to an incredibly high standard by ‘Logan,’ ‘Guardians 2,’ ‘Wonder Woman,’ ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ and most recently ‘Thor Ragnarok,'” comScore’s Paul Dergarabedian told TheWrap. “‘Justice League’ was most definitely impacted by the negative reception by the majority of critics, and that spilled over to the ticket-buying public who have a ton of great titles to chose from and have to make decisions on where they are going to spend their time and hard-earned dollars.”
- “Wonder” has also won over older female audiences, who were largely responsible for the film’s A+ on CinemaScore. Older female audiences played a large factor in the long-lasting performance of “Wonder Woman” this summer, and there was belief that they would return to see Gal Gadot play the heroine again, but that was not the case.
- Finally, it’s hard to forget that DC’s direct competitor still has a relatively fresh film in cinemas. No other DC Extended Universe films have been released in such close proximity to a Marvel film. Even “Wonder Woman” had a one-month gap between it and “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.” But “Thor: Ragnarok” still made its presence felt this weekend with a $21 million haul in its third weekend to bring it close to $250 million domestic. Like “Wonder,” it’s not the biggest factor in “JL”‘s struggles, but it was another competitor that chipped away at the film’s casual audience base.
Warner Bros. Distribution President Jeff Goldstein told TheWrap that he still believes the film could have a solid performance on Thanksgiving weekend despite the presence of such high-quality competitors, saying that “high tides raise all ships.” But “Justice League” is going to have to buck some consistent negative trends that have shown that moviegoers are becoming quick to abandon a poorly reviewed DC film. It’s strange to consider that a $96 million start could be considered a failure for a film, but with the cultural pedigree and expectations that “Justice League” had, such a disappointing performance has caused the clouds of uncertainty that “Wonder Woman” was able to dispel for a time to surround the DC Universe once again.
