Even if the film itself is another pile of silly mediocrity.

Too bad he didn't learn any martial arts while he was in Japan like in the cartoons.

That's a good thing tho. We may get a good comic accurate Wolverine AND martial arts in the future without clueless pseudo-geeks callin' it a ripoff.

I love the action in TWS, but its not at all the same. Cap knocks people out. Wolvie kills people.

What makes that X2 sequence fantastic for me is that it perfectly captures Wolverine's berserker rage. I remember people cheering opening night back in '03 after every kill.

Well, to be fair, Cap never kills, unless he's absolutely forced to. HYDRA-Cap on the other hand... He's killed Senators, Bruce Banner, Red Ghost, his Apes, attempted to kill Jack Flag and also backstabbed Falcon. HYDRA-Cap is one cold ass mofo...

Nah, he's actually got a pretty weird power-set. He's half man/half machine/sentinel tech at a genetic level, he can use misdirection, which is kinda like low-key telepathy, and he is linked to a flying sauscer that emerged from his mouth when he was 12 or so. It can also become a holographic projection, turn into a hard-light structure and take humanoid form. He's also got three brains.
