:mwaha For someone like you to call other people "stupid" is flawed logic in itself :duh..Arguing with you about boxing or anything else for that matter, is as hopelessly futile as debating with this guy:

NOT INTERESTED :lol :lol

Just love this response!!!:lol

I'm going to make sure that I continue to stay on your good side...:)

Now your perception of what a "win" response is makes everything much clearer with regards to Manny vs the Cheatah. :lol

i know its not a foul. my point was, if he focused more on landing punches rather than distracting(which looks intentional too) an opponent to stay alive and survive....doesn't deserve to be clamoring to be called "champion".

Id hardly say Marquez was staying alive to survive. Marquez asked all the questions by out boxing his oppenent on the night.

He threw the better combos, mixed his punches better and countered pretty much everything Manny did.
I love Manny but this wasnt his night.

LOL @ Marquez and his cry baby followers. Dude cheated, never attacked Manny, and with his face all swollen from Manny's beating still came away looking the worse of the two. yet he won? :lol

Dude is worse than a cheater. COWard.

Yea Marquez has thought 3 coward fights :rotfl

This guy won. uh huh.

He was a coward because he fought 12 rounds of almost constant defense and dancing away from Manny just like that other cheater Margarito did.

I didnt see marquez dance once. All i saw through out the fight was Marquez mounting his attacks then taking a step back to counter mannys straight right.
Thats not a coward, thats a clever boxer who had done his homework.
what did Manny do to out think Marquez's fight plan?
Errr nothing.
I didnt see him faint, double faint. Didnt even see him uppercut.
Infact id go as far as to say Manny was pretty predictable in this fight .
Roach said this was the manny of 3 or 4 years ago and id have to agree!

No I agree. Pacquiao fought a lame fight. But just because he didn't win spectacularly doesn't mean he didn't win.

Per the dancing remark, on second thought you are right. Marquez hunkered down and didn't do much dancing. He looked exhausted the whole fight.

The Pacquiao that beat cotto and margarito would have won this fight and probably would have knocked marquez down a few times, maybe even a knockout.
Marquez looked tired from the 8th but was still in control imo and wasn't troubled.
amir Khan is actually starting to get on my nerves.
Thinks Manny should retire, he would fight Marquez and would beat Mayweather.
He is not in cotto's, margarito or even mosleys league let alone Marquez or Mayweather!

I don't know if marquez tired at all during the 12 rounds. The dude looked like a 28 year old out there. To me, they could have easily gone another 12 rounds. He started to slow down because his corner told him he was winning. So he tried to ride it out and play a more cautious and tactical fight, which ironically helped him loose the fight in the end.

He was pretty amazing for a 38 year old. conditioning wise the best iv seen him. I thought he was quite a bit ahead in the last 2 and Pacquiao didnt hit him cleanly enough to take the rounds. The 2 styles compliment each other to make great fights and there is nothing between them.
The difference is Manny has more in his locker to beat other top fighters Marquez would struggle with.
Thats why I dont really want to see a 4th fight.
floyd v Manny has to happen now why they are still both very much at the top of there game.

If these guys dont get it on boxing will lose all credibility :lecture Couldn't give a damn about either of these fighters but its still a fight I wanna see. Make it so.

No surprises there. Money Mayweather is the best pound for pound. I'm still baffled how a fair decision went against Marquez. I hope they give us the May 5th fight against money, after that PAC Man can re-match Marquez again. I think the problem at that point would be that he'd have lost to Mayweather so Bob Arum and co wouldn't make that money for a fourth Marquez fight. Well, that's now a real possibly, seeing what happen v Marquez III.

Anyway, bottom line is that we won't see PAC Man and Money fight in May. Bob Arum would not pass up the opportunity to make more money just to give fans what they wan. Not that I blame him. Surely everyone here would do the same...

"Money" last fight, is the last that I'll pay to watch until they get this fight under contract. Didn't even bother to watch Manny last fight nor have I even seen clips of the last fight. I will do the same for "Money" if he's not in the ring with Manny come May 5, since he's so adamant about fighting on that date.

Well if you didn't watch manny's last fight, I'm not sure that you are the type of audience arum and co would be targeting. Ive watched all the main boxing fights in the last 7 years, and I pay to watch them. Even though I don't agree with the decision against Marquez, that doesnt mean I wasn't thrilled with the fight. It wasn't a disappointment; and Marquez proved he's still one of the best in the world. Top 3 IMO, ahead of Martinez.
