I was that way until after MGS3. It's really irritating that half the fan population or more just goes "IZ BEEZ SOH EXITEDZ FHUR DIZZ GAMEZ"

There isn't a "bad" MGS game. But the story ughh. I'm actually tired of talking about how much I've hated everything following MGS3, it makes my head hurt.

MPO I liked a hellva lot more than PW. It advanced the story and should of been the only "hung up on the Boss" sequel.

MGS4 was just OK, but was very lazily written and was not a worthy sequel to Sons of Liberty.

MGSPW...

Well he was packaged like Bob Evan's sausage in MGS4 so I wouldn't rule it out another mishandling of the character.

If you're not on the Koji hate train at this point you're nuts. It's utterly unacceptable to retcon any further, especially to the degree he's talking about.

MGS needs to end. Kojima has to make a new IP, to get all of his ideas down, because they're just not fitting together well with the storyline for this series.

But, before that ever happens, he probably needs Big Boss to show up, give him a CQC hug, and tell him, "let it go, my son" .

If you're not on the Koji hate train at this point you're nuts. It's utterly unacceptable to retcon any further, especially to the degree he's talking about.

I don't hate Kojima, I just hate what he's transforming the series into. It's terrible to see my most beloved video game franchise being destroyed - and ironically, by the series creator, himself.

MGS needs to end. Kojima has to make a new IP, to get all of his ideas down, because they're just not fitting together well with the storyline for this series.

But, before that ever happens, he probably needs Big Boss to show up, give him a CQC hug, and tell him, "let it go, my son" .

If he wants to do never ending MGS games fine, but I think he needs to move away to a few different projects before returning to it. It's becoming very reminiscent to the churning out of COD games.
