If you want nothing but positive stuff join the 3A board. They ban anyone who isn't lapping 3A's crack.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

In the same vein you could just make a thread under this same name but say only positive comments are allowed in this thread because we don't want to hear people slagging off MGS. It's jsut a bit cry babyish commenting on the comments of comments

At the moment for the people most frequenting MGS on this forum the overall view is not good hence the mostly unimpressed talk

Maybe the topics will change when it comes out and people have definitively made up there mind or more people who have positives to say will be the majority, but it isn't the case as of now

A discussion is a discussion

I know most of the guys on who would be considered fanboys, have been just as vocal about the negatives. It just isn’t ruining our excitement. Also, if you say positive things about the game in this thread you get ganged up on.

Maybe 2 threads should just be made, a positive one and a negative one :hi5:

YouTube is another place for blind worshipers of this series. Make the slightest criticism there, and you'll get cursed out by a bunch of kids.

Children shouldn't be allowed to post on the Internet until they reach an age where it isn't just nonsense coming out of their mouths

Definitely. But, unfortunately, some kids never grow up, and they turn into adults with nonsense coming out of their mouths :lol.

Tell me about it. I'll say "Kojima is a hack" and I'll get 20 responses from those Koji-Zombies.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

SSF is a great discussion place for MGS. There are so many knowledgeable people here, and a lot of us do tend to compare and contrast the series more, than others who just look at the games at face value and aren't interested in conversations about the future of this franchise, the direction (or misdirection) of its creator, etc.

The only other place that was even similar to what we have here, was the Official PlayStation MGS forum. But, sadly, they've been shut down by Sony.

Probably under Konami's advisement -_-

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

I wouldn't doubt it. Konami has been known for their censorship of things on the net. It happened to be to most popular game discussion area, too. So, it was extremely odd when the mods decided to pull the plug on it, and keep other discussion areas like Assassin's Creed intact.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

I think if he didn't want out of the series by MGS2 we'd still be playing games as Snake.

From Ryan's article with Agness, Konami pulls reviews of their games out of magazine if the score is too low.
