I don't care what Stefanie is :drool :lol ok no I do. Transgender stuff is so crazy honestly - from both sides. On one hand, anti-LBGT get outright insane with their hate to the point of killing, and go way too far. Like they don't try to accept it, they don't try to understand, they come up with all sorts of crazy theories on why it's wrong (like being liars and living a lie) and everything.

On the other hand, transgender people are just...seriously...out there with their gender issues sometimes. This transwoman I follow on deviantart for her comic (which I used for a report I had to do for college kinda )has done a few crazy transgender comparisons; she compared the Pokemon Milotic's evolution from Feebas (considered to be a counterpart of Magikarp) to a transgender finishing SRS and hormone therapy. I mean...wut? And also the whole 'you can't play as a girl lulz' thing from the South Park game to transgender stuff...I mean...oy...how? I mean a couple of my close friends are trans and I'm fine cause they're great people (minus one issue here or there. you guys might be disturbed) It has helped me identify traps a lot, like one real obvious one at my bookstore. Two other guys realized it and we almost exchanged a nod. Also helps that I've been to conventions a lot. Also Solidus, you poor soul :horror

On topic, I'm not too sure about what Stefanie's said. It is funny on that 'she's a female' thing :lol but could she have a relation to Sniper Wolf? I don't get where the idea she was Sniper Wolf came from though...

I hate the world we live in today.

Any of you guys ever got hit on by a tranny? It's really ****ed up. I'll tell you that.

...I'm listening

sounds like you have a story to tell :lol

There are worst things than that...

what if a "woman" like this hits on you?

I'm telling you, a couple of beers and you won't tell the difference until its too late :lol

I'd take a look too, after you're done. For science. We must verify.

:exactly: :lol

I'm currently replaying MGS 2, and I appreciate the nuanced ways, how the game reminds that it never takes itself seriously - from the comic book style story-telling, the humorous codec conversations, Raiden slipping on pigeon poop, or Snake catching a cold, etc. It was unabashedly "Metal Gear" in every conceivable way, and regardless of what I felt about the schizophrenic ending, MGS 2 just felt right. It's so unlike Kojima's new, Breaking Bad MGS.

I will always say MGS2 is my favorite (despite HATING it on release) on the basis that it expanded what the 3 prior game were tying to do AND elevating MGS to something more than it ever deserved to be be. It's the Terminator 2 of videogames where James Cameron and Kojima could have just simply gave us a generic sequel and be done with it. Any grievances with MGS2 was rectified in MGS3 and now we have the perfect trilogy.

Cameron was right that he intended to end the Terminator series with T2, and all the subsequent sequels were a joke (except the lovingly crafted TV series made by people who loved the source material) and this is the endless cycle Kojima has gotten himself into. He's written himself into a corner and I really can't blame him when the once mighty MGS now has to rely on gimmicks, shock factor and female models to get people interested in the game. I really think MGSV should have been a new IP altogether.

The traps are much more deceiving in NYC :lol. Whenever you see a woman here, you've got to look for the tranny signs.. big hands, adams apples, deep voice. ****ing gross.

I'm grateful for cheap clandestine sex change clinics here then :lol makes the spotting job a whole lot easier.

Erm.. yeah I do :lol. I'm just glad I wasn't drunk out of my mind, and that someone intervened at the right time. A few years ago, this "chick" was really into me at the local college bar, and we talked for about 10 minutes. But, then one of my classmates noticed and pulled me over at the side, and was like "dude, that's a ****ing dude". He then pointed out the exact signs I listed, along with big shoulders. The face wasn't really bad looking at all, but man. I didn't sleep for a week after that incident.

They say you need to take 8 showers after an experience like that. :lol

If only all sex change doctors were like Dr. Nick :rotfl.

But, I didn't do anything, I just talked! It left me traumatized, though.

I think you'd need more than 8 showers. :lol a lot of drinks.

Also Solidus, I kind of have a trans friend who is like that with her boyfriend (and most guys like that). Might be just as disturbing >__> I don' think I could post it on here. That classmate is a true bro though. A bro never lets a bro get hit on by a tranny :rotfl

He most certainly did. It makes me want to quit drinking sometimes, whenever I think about it.

Oh lord.. please tell me that your trans friend's boyfriend is aware that s/he is dude :lol :horror

I hope that in conjunction with MGSV at E3 there will be an announcement of Metal Gear Rising: Lightning Strikes Twice. That will be so cool to have two Metal Gear games to look forward to.

Yikes. I'll look forward to hearing that story someday! :lol

At least it'll give us something else to look forward to. I've said it before, but I'm more excited about Rising than whatever's going on in the main canon of MGS right now.

Nothing's wrong with being cynical. I've also seen some defenders of MGS V - well, one person in particular, who harassed David Hayter on Twitter and egged him on, that Kiefer took the role away from him.

Having a different opinion about something is just having an opinion. However, it speaks volumes about a person and their own lack of maturity, if they'd resort to making death threats, and harassing celebrities anonymously on the net.

Making more stuff up I see. Just like I'm not a "real fan" because of a typo on page 300 and messaging it to everyone behind my back.

I didn't say anything to you, I was talking about radical fan boys like the one who passionately wrote that rant and you seem offended at what I said, I wonder why.

What exactly am I making up? No need to get paranoid dude. And I don't have the time, nor the patience to get into another petty argument with you.

He is, and is bi so it probably wouldn't matter :lol I still worry about them based on their Facebooks and some things in their relationship, like my trans friend's plans on transitioning. It's....uh, out there. Though she (biologically male atm, plans on going trans when she's 100% financially stable) does kind of flirt with guys who are almost aware that she's a guy. She even posed once for an old man who was all 'hey beauty, can I get photos of you?' on the way back from NYCC. I was like 'uhhhhhhh girl you shou-oh lord she's doing it. (she watched Dragon Ball from start to finish and she doesn't know what he'll do? :cuckoo: )'. Hell she is the master of does not give a **** with this ****. She'll walk around in a dress, barely shaved legs and **** (though she puts on make up at least), people being all "HOLY **** YOU'RE A DUDE", so on and not bat an eye. I'm not kidding. I respect her for that, good god. Though she's one of the most down to Earth people I know, and she's really great to me. Almost views me as the younger sibling she never had. But sometimes, I really worry about her being trans.

Ryan, it's an ongoing story kinda. :lol I'm worried about this convention she, I, her boyfriend and this girl we know are going to and how they'll handle sleeping together.

Exact answer I expected, just like the “hey man calm down, nobody here is after you even though I went to page 300 for some strange reason to try and prove you’re a fake fan”.

Anyway this thread has turned all kinds of crazy, I’ve lived in NY my whole life and I have yet to see a transexual (at least I don’t think I have), I guess I’m just hanging nowhere near the kind of places Solidus does :lol

Jk……Kind of
