This sounds awesome, can't wait to see the end result...
I would apply to the c++ programming position if I wasn't such a noobster, I would probably be the doom of the project
I hate the world we live in today.
Any of you guys ever got hit on by a tranny? It's really ****ed up. I'll tell you that.
Agreed, I don’t see remakes happening until they have zero ideas left. I only care to see a Metal Gear 1 and 2 remake, but there are rumors that TTP brings the series full circle which could make MG1 and 2 unnecessary to remake again.
MGS1 is perfect though, I don’t think it needs to be remade.
I'm thinking of buying the new Sideshow 1/4 scale Reeve Superman PF, but I'm not really feeling the pose or the sculpt just yet. Hopefully they fix that up.
All Star I've watched recently, it's pretty good, I haven't got a chance to see Superman vs the Elite yet.
My favorite part of that story was always when Superman comforts the suicidal girl. Although, Batman still beat him in the touching moment department!
[/I]
I liked Superman and the Elite, and the "What's So Funny About Truth, Justice, and the American Way,"up to the point we found out the Elite were previously criminals. Then people could just use the excuse that, "Well they were bad guys, so Superman is still stupid." Of course I disagree!
It really is. If you have Reeve along with Batman 89 and Nicholson Joker, you've got a perfect DC set-up in your collection.
If I can find it for near $200, nowhere over that (outside of shipping) and especially since I need more DC love in my display. Most of it is just Batman and that stupid Man of Steel PAK I bought.
It was a waste of money. Plain and simple, and my worst purchase of NYCC. there was a lot of other stuff I almost bought over it but rarity and **** >.> My budget is $200 max but I found a guy who's willing to hold it for me and I saw his pics, they're decent enough.Ah, still not over that PAK Mos are you? Well, let me know your budget for the HT Supes, if I find a good deal here I'll hook you up.
Deadline is reporting, Sony is eyeing Jordan Vogt-Roberts to direct their video game-to-film adaptation of Metal Gear Solid. Jordan is best known for directing The Kings of Summer, which was a crticis-darling at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. Talks between Jordan and Sony are said to be in the early stages. Former Marvel executive Avi Arad, who produced the Spider-Man films for Sony, will be producing this film as well.
This isn't the first time a Metal Gear Solid film has been in the works. 2008, there was talk of a movie, but that fell through when Hollywood and Konami could not come to an agreement on the size of the budget. It would've been produced by Boogie Nights' Michael De Luca.

[UPDATE] The Metal Gear Remake project is no longer in development.
Although the mod developer provided no explanation, an update on the mod site reads: "The mod you are trying to view has ceased development and consequently been archived. If you are a member of this mod, can demonstrate that it is being actively developed and will be able to keep this profile up to date with the latest news, images, videos and downloads, please contact us with all details and we will consider its re-activation."
Although the project was originally pitched as including Konami's approval, Konami is currently offering no comment on the closure.
The original story appears below.
A group of amateur developers going by the name Outer Heaven is currently working on a remake of the original Metal Gear from 1988, and it recently received Konami’s blessing.
A lot of the time publishers who own the rights to old games send cease-and-desist letters when they hear about something like this (Square Enix shutting down the Chrono Trigger remake Chrono Resurrection comes to mind), but Outer Heaven recently announced it got word from Konami that it’s free to continue its work under one condition: Outer Heaven can’t make a profit or accept donations for the project.
The post to the project’s Moddb (via Game Informer) page also says that Outer Heaven received another email stating that “if the project goes well and there will be public interest in it, Konami will surely get to know this and consider further step accordingly."
That sounds a little ominous, but Outer Heaven is moving ahead with development. If you’re a fan of the original game, Outer Heaven is looking to expand its team with level designers, texture artists, voice actors, and more. Head to its Moddb page to see exactly what it needs, how to get involved, and more of the project’s early assets.
No confirmation yet, they said that wall knocking isn't coming back but "something" else will replace it. Much more surprises at E3. There will be a trailer and gameplay demonstration of it. Here is an awesome picture of how big MGSV TPP map is.
https://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=831223
The entire trapezoid is TPP's map size. Within it, are the map sizes of each respective title in MGS history. The white part of the map is shaded white because Kojima is not unveiling that location just yet.
Henry, your omnipresent compulsion and admiration with the female imagery terrifies me within.
