IMDB just listed Jason Cottle as the voice of a character named David. Of course IMDB is not a trustworthy source, but this really came out of nowhere, and Cottle would be a perfect replacement for a younger Solid Snake.

Sounds almost perfect to me, I thought he was awesome as Cole in Infamous.

That clip is way better than his infamous performance. It always seemed like a poor Snake imitation to me ironically. I hope this isn't the case since he's not an improvement over Hayter

I thought he was great in Infamous 1, much better than the Infamous 2 replacement voice actor. If he tries to actually emulate Hayter voice, and emphasize on specific words, he could probably pull of a younger Solid Snake.

I wonder why Big Boss' story is so heavily focused on revenge now. According to MGS 4, I thought he was fighting Zero purely because of a disagreement on The Boss's will; like an internal conflict within The Patriots, in which Zero would eventually win.

Lots of retcons seem to be happening here. Not that I'm complaining. If there's one story that needs to be redone for the sake of coherence, it's MGS 4's, and it'll be great if TPP at least attempts to put things in the right order again.

Well, I don't think his revenge story should interfere much with the zero story, after all there seems to be clues that what will happen in TPP is mentioned in the 1st MG, with Miller saying BB was a monster and him training child soldiers.

Zero must tie in here in a different way if not after TPP.

I think it's pretty plausible that BB and Miller will end up against each other.

Maybe BB caught Miller leaving someone else's cardboard box.

I still think Miller will pretend to be against BB and he will be an inside agent, along with Ocelot. Solid Snake would be a nasty surprise for them

Miller will pretend to help Solid Snake in the next games and for whatever reason Miller will retire and yeah...

Well, what I mean is, that MGS 4 made Big Boss into this holy martyr that was destroyed time-and-time again by Snake. In other words, the plot went topsy-turvy, with the hero and villian of the story effectively switching roles. It seemed to retcon MG 2 at the time. I'm at least glad to see that there's going to be a retcon of the retcon here...

Also, damn, when it comes to theories the internet is retarded but when it comes to drawing dots together they're doing a possible spoiler worthy job between the trailer analysis and the Huey analysis video I think it's possible I may know the story I'm feeling tempted to stop watching videos.

Yeah there aren't any spoilers in the trailer, but the people putting 2 and 2 together make really convincing theories about the overall outcome of the story.
