After all this time, i never noticed. But now, playing as Gray Fox in MGS5 with his face open i realised that he and Raiden from metal gear Rising share the same visor shape. Cyborg Ninjas virsor closes around his cheeks/mouth. And Raidens over his eyes. Raidens of course sticks out more but its the exact same shape.

It doesn't matter how many times I see Fox, he always catches my eye, in-game models, concept, fanart, whatever, he has to have one of the most exquisite designs in the whole series imo.

I'd take a full on remake, as long as Kojima and Silicon Knights stay the **** away from it. But, MGS1's geography and build is way too small for today's standards. I'd think more areas and story would be need to be added to give it enough length.

I think the small areas would work, and would be pretty tough with the line of sight and AI of the enemies from MGSV.

But yeah, it would need some tweaking.

I wouldn't mind if the remake has the same game length and areas (or with minor alteration especially with Boss fight areas & strategies), as I prefer the movie like experience more then the episode/chapter style we have now. (+ no ingame dashing/running as it would kill the game play)

Baker should just stick to doing Joel, and nothing else. He didn't even try to put on a new voice for Ocelot at all.
He's in so much these days, it's crazy. I swear, Joel opened up too many opportunities for him. I love him as Joel, and some other characters, but it's too much.

A remake with MGS 3/4's gameplay, and changes in the game to actually accommodate it like REmake would work.

You might as well play the PS2 version.
If I ever get interested.

I rarely agree with you, but today is one of those days

I'm not giving away spoilers, but there are some parts of MGS V that'll get your heart racing. Especially around Mission 27 or 28.

Quiet's also a pretty good buddy, and great at running diversions. Infiltrating bases are much easier when all of the attention is on her. Like last night, I was taking so long, she managed to put an entire base to sleep with tranq darts :lol.

She's a great way to build your motherbase.

She doesn't speak, and she's probably one of the best characters in the franchise. Finally, a female character that's in the Boss's league. I'd put Wolf third, and there's the rest.
