good god that placeholder cowl with the pedo mouth is creepy. jesus. too bad we cant use it for a hong kong scene display.

i love angry mouth batman but in another context it looks like he just smelled some bad milk or something.

if there ain't no christmas delay he should be here tomorrow!!

It looked good in Geil's photos but that was from a distance and level height.

Background and lighting can help too, if you lose him in shadow, it can look alright, but light him enough and have the background contrast against him enough and it just won't look good.

I'm getting mine through Toys2, so I'd say probably like middle of January. Hopefully, it's on a boat over here at least.

Awesome shots Josh - finally someone takes the 2 seconds to fix the gauntlets, looks SOO much better with them corrected. Awesome figure. The head looks perfect.

I know, about bloody time, praise the lord. Hell, i didn't even know they actually curved downward/inward like that, makes them look better, a little more screen accurate, although still on the large side. I'm still trying to fathom why Ht would have designed and rebuilt a completely new suit, but then gone ahead and used the same old huge shoulder pads?!

I've stopped receiving emails from ebay for some reason, for the past week, but here's hoping, fingers crossed, that he could be here tomorrow so i won't have to wait until after christmas for delivery. Fingers crossed!

It is thickened, not lengthened.

Frankly, I think it's unnecessary and maybe even a bit too thick now, but there it is.

Yeah - horrible. IMO the only mod required to this figure is an Lforigno cape. And then, if you have some serious balls, maybe do something about the shoulder pads and gauntlets, and the missing line in the thigh armour, but THATs IT!

Don't like that mod. Thats one of those times when you decide to do a mod and you need a real friend there at your side to say "NO, NO..DON'T TOUCH IT!!"

It looks much more like the 'real' human thickness that it should be, and removes the 'head on a stick' appearance that the original has. Also it helps give the impression that the neck has teh correct shape going up to the base of his skull at the back, something that the two versions of the figure were never able to do.

oh well, I don't mind liking it by myself... I like my own company

It's simply too wide. Totally looks like the DC Direct version. I can see why he wanted to widen the neck, it's a tad thin, but now its too thick. I would honestly leave it as it is and it looks far better to me

Besides..I do not like the shape and how the rubber suit fits on the Batman DX legs
