Yes, I do know that of course. He says it to Dillon just before the arm-wrestle but I just had to fit it in the post somewhere. I tried to acknowledge it wasn't all the same quote by writing the next part on the line below.

I have, and basically what I can gather is there is a last minute glitch with rights (from who's camp I'm not sure) but it's a temporary measure to insure no one is offended, so as to keep everyone happy the pics need to be taken down for a short time.

I cut and pasted all the files, so as soon as I can put them up again I will.

Between you me and the gatepost I have a feeling this isn't a major fly in the ointment, its rather a courtesy to keep all parties appeased.

That's the big question. HT thought so because they had the description saying "Official likeness".

Looks like Freddie has shut Hot Toys down because of the closeness to his likeness without securing rights.

Really I think Hot Toys is tweaking the sculpt some. They may have thought they had it in the bag, but Arnie's mob thought they could do better than what was presented to them.

I still question if anything is actually happening with the figure. Without knowing the stipulations of the legals of all this, it could just be that Hot Toys has to do more things to meet the requirements of the license holders or whatever.

If the figure is being tweaked, the images are only down because the tweaks come from the licensees and not Hot Toys' own decision, if it were that they'd just do it and we'd see when the production showed up that changes were made.
