The errors dont bother me, but his attitude and constant yapping on the ice drive me crazy, I cant stand him.

I know there is all this talk about trading him, if the right deal comes, think the Habs should get rid of him, hes to much of a distraction

Hope they bench him tonight

I hope they don't, I'm hoping one of our tough Leafs will pound the ____ out of him :pray::pray:

There is no right deal when it comes to the Habs. They seem to get snowed just about every time. Also, I really don't want Gautier making any big deals. Let him trade Gill, Kaberle, Kotstysin, and Gomez for some drafts (if anything is willing to take them, that is), but anything bigger than that, I prefer Molson lets the next GM construct the team.

What do you think of Pierre McGuire as GM? I'm really curious to see what he could do. He can't possibly make it any worse.

Don't listen to those idiots on TSN who thought Fergerson and J Martin were logical candidates for next GM.
Dregger must be the most useless media consultant on the planet.

Agreed on Gauthier, think someone else is calling the shots now anyway (Gainey)

I like PM, i know alot of people hate him, he is a bit of a homer on US Tv but I listem to him everyday and he is very knowledgable plus he was an assistant in Pittsburgh back in the day. If he was the next GM I might starting cheering for the Habs :) Would also like to see Patrick Roy as the coach, teach some of these softies to play hard

Sadly Id put large money on Julien Brisebois being the next GM

Some of those suggestions were laughable on TSN

Ill just say, not me. I dont put Brodeur #1. For me, atleast in my lifetime Dominik Hasek was the best goalie I have ever seen.

Brodeur is definitely Top 5 greats of all time but I like Hasek. Brodeur benefited a lot in the NJ system because they just squashed teams defensively. They played the trap game all those years and no one could score on them. But Brodeur is an extremely talented goalie. One of the best ever handling the puck. But I like Hasek better. Much more athletic, played on Buffalo most of his career and put up ridiculous numbers. He had the SV% record until Thomas broke it. And Hasek won his Cup with Detroit. He made some of the most amazing saves i have ever seen.

I don't like WINS for goalies because if the team is great, the goalie wins. Kind of like a Pitcher in Baseball can win 20+ games, but not have many strikeouts & a high ERA, like Bob Welch of the Oakland A's back in the 90s went 27-6....And also like Chris Osgood won tons of games, but would u consider him an elite goalie? He played for Detroit and any goalie with Detroit will win tons of games. He was good goalie, but not an elite.

Fleury is good, he is one of the better goalies in the NHL, but he kind of floats around near the top 5 of best goalies. I can't put him #2 behind Thomas. Just no way. Actually wasn't he in the dog house like 1 or 2 seasons ago in Pitt?

Don't take it too personal, WE all root for our Home Teams of course. We all support our guys. Nothing wrong with expressing our opinions.

He was in the dog house for 10 games of last season, but for the most part his season was absolutely brilliant. He took a huge negative and turned it around and made a great season. A career season from it. Not many can do that. That is a testament of a great goalie. An average goalie would not be able to overcome such a poor start off. But again, you can say that about any goalie, even Hasek and Thomas since they too have been in the dog house. As has Roy and Brodeur.

I don't have a problem with opinions. Just don't like repetitive short sighted opinions. I just hate the continuous bashing of the guy. Have an opinion, sure. But politely give it, then shut the ____ up and move along. AHHH Florida just scored. My sister took her friends to this game, so I am missing my Jets in person. hehe

CBC announcers have just been tearing up Subban tonight and how terrible his play has been, especially last night :lol

Plus, the idiot has the only penalty of the game so far. He is so useless!

pretty quiet from the TO crowd inhere today:)

on to todays game Fleury 3 goals on 15 shotz

Eli i agree the D and center were no shows, but at 5 million he needs to save at least one of them

He should tighten some things up. I'll say that much, but Nieu isn't doing any better and he's a good young goalie. At least we're in it.

POST! TG!!! So close! Almost got scored on. That one beat Fleury. One thing I'll admit is MA is very aggressive. Too aggressive. Gives up the puck too easily without thinking or being patient enough to see where he's giving it off to, or how close the opposition is, and he does go out of his net too far. So he loses it at times. Some tightening up his game will fix that.

Toronto fans are predictable because they only come out in droves if their precious Leafs are playing or something surrounding the team is happening. Occasionally we see bumblebee come out if his Caps win, so hopefully we don't so we don't get to see his silly predictable ass today.
