Wow Eli, you've certainly been busy in this thread...I don't even know where to start
Regarding Slewban- even though there are hundreds of players in the NHL, he has to be one of the dirtiest. He is nothing short of a clown with verbal diarrhoea who thinks he is the greatest NHL defenseman ever. Quite frankly, I'm surprised his giant ego hasn't slewfooted him yet. I definitely won't stop bashing his candy ass.
Regarding Geno vs. Stamkos- I like these guys A LOT, and they are hard to compare. They are both having phenomenal seasons, but I think Geno has been the harder worker especially with Crosby out of the lineup. Everybody is looking to Geno to carry the Pens right now and he is. At least in Stamkos' case he has a lot of talent to work and play with, i.e. St. Louis and Lecavalier.
Regarding the Neal deal, I can see both sides of the argument but I like him a lot and he is still very young. I can see him having a very promising and consistent career with the Pens, especially if he plays with Geno.
Regarding the Leafs- Okay sure, it's fun to bash Toronto lulz lulz but it's silly to not even consider the idea that the Leafs could make the playoffs this year. Look how tight it is in the East and the Leafs are still holding onto a playoff place. And there is still a great possibility that we could deal for Nash. It's not like the Leafs only have 40 points.
