It's the exact pose of "I find your lack of faith disturbing." Vader's hand looks like he's pinching something invisible between his finger and thumb in that seen, not a fist.

They posed it wrong, it does look pointing in the image, the glove should be turned 90 degrees counter clockwise in the image to look right.
