No sheet? I saw him!

I saw Saw in Saw....

Does every Saw movie require someone to pull a "Mad Max" and saw through their leg or wrist to go free?

No. Some movies have the person watching others die. Couple of movies had the person watch others in the traps.

Or they get locked in a room forever. Couple of the movies had the protagonist just get locked because they lost

No sure if I’m getting older (40’s) or SW characters names are harder to remember. Very difficult to remember the RO character names as they don’t come out smoothly off the tongue. Even “K-2SO” not as smooth as “BB-8”. Am I the only one here? :dunno

I saw La La Land last night. Why was the ending of Rogue One with Jyn and Cassian clinging to each other in death much more uplifting than the finale of such a supposedly "happy" musical?

La La Land spoiler:

It literally went full "VVitch" in the last five minutes and ended on an absolutely horrible note. Why are people embracing this movie as "guaranteed to put a smile on your face?" Am I missing a joke here? Or is that the joke and I just got punk'd?

Guaranteed to put a smile on your face, but not necessarily at the end.

How much did Disney pay for Star Wars? Wasn't it around 4 billion?

Granted, you have to subtract out production and marketing costs from the 2 billion for TFA and 1 billion for RO, but don't forget to add in all the dough they're taking in for merchandise.

I'd say it was a pretty good investment on Disney's part.
