How reliable are FP.co.uk now?

I gave up on them when I discovered the likes of Collectable Kitbash and OneSixthBruce.

I recently pre-ordered the SS Snake Plissken with FP.co.uk as it was the cheapest I could find at £104.99 delivered. Though thinking back to past experiences with stock that never arrived (and items that were still listed even after they confirmed they weren't being restocked), and due to their seemingly unlimited pre-order quantity, I'm feeling a bit dubious as to whether I'll ever see Snake!

Hopefully I ordered early enough to actually secure one.

For Vader I ordered direct from Sideshow due to the lure of the exclusive severed hand.

In all fairness, he's been mortally wounded by the figure not measuring up to his exacting, elite standards. He's just lashing out in his time of grief and self-pity. The appropriate response is, "Sorry for your loss," and an inquiry as to where flowers can be sent.

Someone already mentioned that the thin armed Vader was the ANH version (inner robe is going over armour). Even if it's this one, though, that's not a pose most people will be going for, anyway.

I have been using them for a couple of years now buddy and all has been smashing, apart from them getting stuff late.

They have always informed me of delays and have helped me out so I can't fault them.

The two little ding dongs I had with them was -

1 - I told them I wasn't to fussed about them getting their figure in late compared to other retailers but all I wanted was a guarantee that I would get one and they told me nothing is a guarantee until it is in their warehouse, so why take pre-orders then?

2 - They got Bane in early and didn't inform me. To be honest that is more of a nit-pick but they could have emailed me and said that he had arrive earlier than expected.

@greygoose - I don't know the full story on the .com vs. the .co.uk site. So the .com ones are the ones on the high street then?

At London Super Comic Con in February i saw both of them on opposite sides of the hall, confused me then as well!
