Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Hi guys ive been following this thread in silence like the old school i listen before i talk. Anyway im currently waiting on a sideshow t-800, a HT true type body, BD head & biker outfit. Now the sideshow t800 im gonna sit him on a bike (if i can find one, he is to mean for a triumph) or display him with a rose box that ill make myself.

The other one is gonna be a battle damage. Whats the best way to damage up the jacket and shirt. Like do you just put holes in them with a pin or a drill or something

and i just remembered im gonna need gloved hands, boots and some weapons for the BD but that'll be for another pay day.

now that the massive sig is gone and the disturbing avatar is gone lets try again

now that my self esteem has hit rock bottom i will spend the rest of my life in front of a computer screen.

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

dont know if a pin will leave a big enough hole to be visible. you could try a drill. ive never tried to put hole in shirts before. use a small drill bit or use a small nail for a bit.

Get yourself a cheap battery operated soldering iron... it does the trick :)

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Cool. Guess what movie i'm watching? :D

Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants? :lol

Got my Saturday Toys Biker set in the mail today... looks like the previous owner was working on a custom as there were a few small bits of silver paint on it  Still minor enough I should be able to cover it up or, just work it into some weathering scheme.

I'm not going to be using the leather pants that came with it (also with a few spots) so if anyone needs an extra pair shot me a PM.

:lol :lol :lol Luckily mine had no interest in that flick, she does like some stinkers but that was a dodged bullet.

And the jacket will be fine; I was planning to weather it anyway. And for $35 shipped I don't feel to bad.
