If you're fine with it, that's great, I'm sure lots of people won't care or can't tell the difference either. A lot of people can't tell that the entire armor in Rogue One is different, which again, is fine. Disney was hoping that'd be the case.

That being said, Star Wars is known for a big chunk of their fanbase being obsessive, particularly about costumes/suits and props. For whatever the reason, the showrunners went out of their way to make these "remnant" stormtroopers with completely different helmets than the Rogue One version. Even within the same episode. I just find it interesting and ironic that the choice made in the show is the opposite of what Hot Toys did. They could have just as easily used or slightly altered the ANH stunt helmet they also have already made with their Sandtrooper.

Always a chance, slim but a chance Hot Toys ends up with the correct helmet. If the release was in a month or so I?d say no but being q4 of next year they could. Doubtful but possible.just hope for more characters from this show get a figure.

They never corrected the ROTJ Stormtrooper helmet and it was shown a good year before release.

As for more characters, I'm positive more will be on the way. Just doing Mandalorians has got to be a gold mine for them, like Iron Men.

I for one would love the armorer Mando in a figure.. Loved her outfit and she kicked some major ass in the finale. My dream set up would be both mando outfits, kuiil, Cara, iG and whatever troopers they make& armorer. Maybe a moff Gideon. Of course also the foundling but he?s for sure coming. Will likely pass on the heavy infantry.

I have a feeling she'll definitely be in Season 2.

She's like the home base in a video game to level up your armour, get more ammo, more info/lore etc

This is no ordinary female: this is a Mandalorian. If she were just some rando female standing around with no combat training, no weapons and no armor I'd agree with you.

IIRC these people start their training at like, 4 years old.

The stormtroopers are trained solders. They are wearing armor, they have the advantage of numbers and they have guns. Its completely ridiculous for one person with no gun to actually defeat a squad of armored soldiers. I know we are supposed to Jon Favreau groupies here and thus ignore any ridiculous sequences on this series but this too much. Just like 140 pound woman gina carano going toe to toe with some 6' 5" 300 pound man and winning a couple episodes ago. Somehow the monstrous guy hitting her doesn't knock her out but when she weighing all of 140 hits him it knocks him out.

Well for one Gina is not 140 on this show. She?s also one of the best female fighters around and in the show a shock trooper. The dude she fights in the bar might not have been a warrior but just a big dude wanting to fight.

She looks bigger than 140 in the show but for the sake of argument, I can tell you that a trained and experienced fighter at 140 can easily knock out a guy that size if they catch him in the right place.

Their training is such that they will likely catch him in the right place, after that it depends on his chin. As for taking hits, that?s just standard action-movie unrealistic that has nothing to do with her being a woman or a man.

And I can tell you I?ve tanked a few punches from significantly larger dudes that rang my bell but failed to put me down. That?s the thing about a strong chin, you have it or you don?t.

Sorry, I should have cited examples:

Vasyl Lomachenko (male) at 130-135 has the skill and the experience to knock out a huge lumbering dude. Yes, huge lumbering dude poses a threat but less so if he's not on that elite level.

We can assume that Cara Dune is elite.

In 2008 Carano weighed in at around 144 pounds. I'm sure that at that weight her *character* can put some yokel tough guy to sleep, and in real life? The possibility is absolutely there.

Don't believe me? Find someone trained, talented and experienced who's smaller than you and let them hit ya right on the button.
