Re: Stealth Iron Man Problems- Post the specific flaws you see on yours.

Has anyone gotten one 100% mint W/Pics? I doubt that one even exists.

Also, has SS gotten back to anyone with a FedEx return print out? I wonder how many problem e-mails Jacklyn has gotten?

That's who I sent my email to today. Had the contact from the broken black cat experience.

Hopefully its very costly to have to replace these comiquettes, thats the only thing that will change the QC from SS.We can squawk all we want about QC as long as everthing keeps selling out(with waitlisters to boot)why should they fix what aint broke.I mean how pi$$ed can they be...sure its a pain to replace all of these but hey they already have all your $$ unless it cuts into profits nothing will change IMHO.

Re: Stealth Iron Man Problems- Post the specific flaws you see on yours.

it will be realy interesting to see how this is handled. I said it before; this is a major issue that SS is probably going to have an all-hands meeting on Monday morning to figure out what the heck to tell everyone that calls in. I dont' know how they can... and remain profitable, but I hope they make the situation right.

It really is a sad situation. A simple piece of foam wrapping could have probably prevented all of this, but I'm not packaging expert engineer. Instead, we have some over-complicated plastic molded barrier that probably cost big bucks to implement/measure/cast and is the most likely candidate for causing all this trouble. I know when I put the 2nd half of box back on after taking pics, I was cringing while getting the halves to mate, just knowing that the friction sounds I was hearing was a direct contact of plastic molding "shield" to polystone.

I'm not trying to stir the pot anymore than need be, but I almost think a public statement (at leat to customers that ordered) on how they are going to handle the situation is in order. I certainly wouldn't want to be the person in charge of packaging/shipping or QA come Monday morning.

Just curious, how the heck would someone setup this sort of thread to track a poll questionaire response? That's awesome it is done, I just want to know how.

The FIASCO goes on.....

Re: STEALTH IRON MAN PICS

By the time mine has arrived from overseas there'll be no paint left :monkey2 Good thing I have a backup ordered from Play......

Re: STEALTH IRON MAN PICS

Yeah, how convenient. Look where you're from. Notice a pattern? If you're within the state of California you're doing pretty good. Chances are if you were from New York or Seattle, you wouldn't be feeling the love. ;)

So at the end of the day, the SIM holds up pretty well, but in only short trips. I am beginning to think this is not really the factory's doing but the packaging.

Why else would the mint SIMs be coming mostly from within the California state? hehe

I live in San Diego and mine has a screwed up left bicep, middle of the back and right shin.

Ugh. 24-6. 80% damage rate and it looks just as bad on other forums. I've given up hope on mine showing up undamaged. Now it's just a matter of how much damage. :monkey2 I wouldn't be as irritated except for the fact that this happened before with the exact same statue.

SideShow should pay for the return trips as well for our pieces that extend beyond the US border.

This is unacceptable. Hopefully they'll find a way to redeem themselves. I imagine they will to keep us all happy.
