I've seen an "altered" vid of the one for women. I was walking past a sup and said, "What the ___ are you watching"? Funny,funny stuff.
 
This is what I was training for before I got hurt.

A buddy of mine did it and lets just say it was a BIG disappointment.

I am playing hockey today for the first time in a month. I am stoked and will have to see if all the working out will have an effect.

Nah, not really if there's any it's like a %1-%2 difference, I remember reading about the difference and it's more myth than anything.

A lil less calories and the brown rice is supposedly more in vitamins because of the husk they are derived from.

How do you keep it from drying out or burning. It seems to cook so harshly sometimes.

Oh, and one more thing: I believe in cleansing too. So I occasionally take a 3 day fast during which time I only drink juice (mostly fresh carrot juice, and when I can't get that, concord grape juice). I also drink pear juice with psyllium husks and bentonite clay, 3 times a day during a fast. You wouldn't believe how much stuff comes out of you even though you are not eating! :horror

Jimbo, I just boil all my chicken breast and peel them by hand later on after reheating.
