Poison arrow on Bear (represented Wolverine) was same as poison ninja arrow on Wolverine.

Make of it what you will with Yuriko being able to see the future and being present in the mountains with Wolverine.

the death of people. She saw Wolverine die on the table but his healing factor brought him back, and she didn't see Yashidas death because he didn't die. No plots hole there which was good
