I'm glad to hear that. My last fender bender cost $4000 (though it was more like a head on collision).

I count my blessings that I didn't get hit by a moose. In a 2003 Corolla, I would have been dead.

I saw a video similar to this, only it was a brick that flew out of a truck and went right into the windshield hitting a 29 year old mother in the face. She was screaming and crying and then 2 hours later she died. It was extremely sad.

I hit a deer. Looked like a young buck, but it was really fast.

I live out in the boonies and I've never hit a deer. Maybe because I watch for them during certain times of the year and I don't drive like a bat out of hell like men do.

My worst car accident was when I got caught on the road during a 108mph straightline wind. Some guy's pile of firewood became flying missiles. Right before the wind became full strength the rain started falling up, like water was being picked up from the street. I thought I was about to punch my ticket. $7500 damage to my new car I had just driven off the lot 1 month prior.

I was only driving 5 over. Never hit any animal before this event or been in a car accident for that matter.
