He's not obese, or even carrying excess weight beyond some very slight love handles... his complexion looks healthy enough. He looks like a healthier-than-average body to me

and I was exaggerating, I would hardly call myself fat but that guy has a better torso than I do. I could afford to lose a little bit off the stomach and tone up all over.

Ski is above average, but he's also above optimal. What has become the norm is sub-optimal.

All I know is that if I started looking like that, I'd be eating a lot more egg whites and doing a lot more pushups.

I hate it as well. It's usually used in a way that I find offensive.
