I would use this in a collection over any of the HT AoU Ultrons, the only problem though is even though we haven't seen it yet you just KNOW this thing has those goofy stylized feet!

I dig this one too and prefer it to the movie-styled Hot Toys versions. The Hot Toys Ultrons are so busy with all their bits and doodads that they end up looking like nondescript piles of metal and wires to me and the real personality of the character is buried underneath it all--without the light-up functions the face doesn't have much impact. But this version is streamlined in a way that really brings out the menacing character of his expression. Bravo.

Too bad he's probably gonna have silly duck feet though.

it wont be there until the PO window starts. it will be there first then at retail later. yes they will ship first before the retailers get them. i save via member discount, 15% off if i order via bamba. PO will be for all tho, only members get the 15% off.

only bad thing is pay upfront. so dunno if i will get it via bamba or wait and get via retail and not have to pay upfront.

I don't know man.... I mean I am so used to the Hot Toys designs (or movie designs) that I am pushed away from the 3A ones. I really wanted to get all the 3A IM as I come in to completion of my Hot Toys ones, but dang, they have those weird feet and too stylized in my opinion. They would not match very well the rest of the collection. This Ultron might follow same path...

I like the movie versions so much more. But I got no problem with these. It's good people have options. Its the constant bashing of other stuff I don't get. If you don't like something that's fine. But one look ain't better then the other.
