No not at all, small demographic means the license has the potential to not be extended because they don't feel there enough return and they therefore won't make anymore characters other than the first wave

why do you want the market flooded with them? less the better no?

I don't care about how many of each figure they make, especially from Threezero. They're not producing giant quantities like HT. I just want the figures to be available to everyone so more people see and buy them. The demand and sales need to be high enough to justify making more characters. I really don't want to see this line end at 6 figures.

Absolutely not. We need the line to be popular with the greatest exposure possible in order to insure it's extended life and health. Limited editions for 1/6 figures is death for a new line. And collectors that are collecting for the "rarity" of a figure or for investment, instead of just buying what they like, should probably be buying Apple stock instead.

Well said.

Pulled the trigger for Ned from 3-0 website, i wasn't sure if they would pull down the pre-order before pay day but they didn't.

No point in Ned without Ice

It interesting to see that the Threezero pre-order window is still open. It's been over a month now so it's been open longer than the Tyrion window.

I hope that this means the line is fairly healthy sales-wise.

Here's another picture I found, still not well lit though...

Sadly it seems people are refusing to take a good picture of the poor guy...

I still haven't ordered him... I was all set to, then once the PO was up I stalled. I know what to expect from HT so I'm fine ordering their stuff but this is different. Someone said the ex is up until the 3rd so I'll probably go ahead and get him. I know I'll regret it if I miss out.

I'd just hate to buy him then the final product isn't that great.

I really want to get into this line, I just don't really have the funds for it at this stage.

I also don't think Ned is a must have figure of the line, simply because he doesn't last very long in the series.

My biggest wants for GoT would be Tyrion, Jon, Dany, Arya, Cersei and Jaime.

I'm tempted by this figure, but I'm not brave enough to order him until I see in-hand pics.

It feels very unlikely that there will be something wrong with Ned to the degree that you will regret your purchase. If you don't pre-order Ned, you don't get Ice. . . which is like buying a Luke Skywalker figure without a lightsaber.

Truth. Besides, if you don't like it, hold on to it for a few months and I would bet money that you could sell it for double the price. This is a new character, not really a wide release, AND you would have the exclusive version. Boom. $300, the least.
