I really think Chris Hemsworth steals his scenes when he's in them as much as RDJ does when in his as Stark.

I fully agree. Like Chris Evans and Tom Hiddleston, Chris Hemsworth has major presence on screen. It isnt just fanboy comic dust either. The actors they picked are fantastic and own their characters. That really sells the scenes.

Thor never takes a backseat. If it seems like it, it is because they are toning his power down so that he doesnt completely dominate the movie. Thor is one of the strongest characters in Marvel, short of cosmic beings

I think they strike a great balance. Loved his expression when Cap jiggled Mjolnir. Priceless!

Oh I agree. Don't get me wrong, I love the Thor character! Just having some fun in here.

I really wouldn't. XD so far the only Civvie versions I've cared for are Steve and Tony. And it's a comic thing too. I love Civvie Steve from TWS pack since he wears that in the comics a bunch and just love that they brought the look to movie and figure form. Plus I just didn't care for what Thor was wearing in general. but ah well. I'd rather take a party Clint or even Rhodey over Thor any day if I had to. Though what Nat's been wearing at the end of TWS and CW as Civvie clothes are straight from the comics and look great on Nat so I don't think I'd mind that either.

This how I would love to see Hot Toys make an Avengers: Age of Ultron Thor 1:6 scale Figure.
Since the recent releases have been upgrades or combinations of earlier released figures
it would make perfect sense to:
-Give swappable arms (armored and rubberized)
-A blonder/lighter tint to the hair (like steve rogers headsculpt)
-New base fitting to the age of ultron line+ standing & flying stand (like they did with vison)
-small adjustments to the outfit underneath

only thing I would change here is...molded arms please! No more rubber - it ain't working!

But having the options for armor vs. no armor arms is something we can all appreciate!

I second this, as long as you follow the instructions and take care of them there isn't any worry. More seamless the better IMO.

Yeah I wouldn't have it any other way, I rather sacrifice a crazy dynamic pose for seamless arms, looks way more organic and not like some cheap toy with visible joints everywhere

Plastic arms all the way. Rubber looks ok if you pose him neutral, but they chafe if you start moving them around. Not only that, when the arm is bent the lack of elbow looks terrible and you'll always worry about rubber rot or Gamora-type damage happening.
