It was 3PO's first day out after he received his coverings and went to Geonosis Separatist Daycamp.

It took them six months to get a Kate Bishop figure up for pre-order. It's going to have taken them another six months to have gotten Tobey/Andrew Spider-Men up for pre-order. I don't think being timely is a thing for Hot Toys much these days.

Star Wars collectors will always spend on Star Wars, Hot Toys doesn't need to worry about balance with Kenobi to be honest.

That's true. They have all of 2022 to get solicitations up for any AotC releases. Vader could be similar to Moon Knight unless Hayden takes off the helmet in the show.

I was always hoping for a Padawan Obi-Wan to go with my Qui-Gon, but I guess that ship has sailed. Padawan Anakin would be cool. Definitely like a Padme figure. Mace Windu is a must. I at least want one figure that represents all the main characters from the George Lucas movies.

I don't know anyone who wanted red-armed threepio or rusted arm threepio from AOTC.

I suppose at least it means an HT goldenrod within the next 10 years, so that's a plus.

Never say never with Hot Toys. Padawan Kenobi could still show up eventually, although I don't think it'll be anytime soon with the show coming out.

I do agree about the main characters from the Lucas era needing figures. Like the prequels or not, Padme and Windu are the single most glaring omissions from any Star Wars collection, along with Threepio. Outside of those three at least Hot Toys has made every main character with the exception of perhaps Admiral Piett and a non-sith Palpatine, which is good.

Hopefully Hot Toys gets through all of them so I can go back to complaining about wanting Wedge, Veers and Bail Organa, haha.

Over my years on these boards, I've seen crazy requests for obscure characters take shape and get hot for a short while before reason takes in.
