I really don't think he cares about the twins.... I would say he see's them more as disposable tools. Sure he would probably like to see the Avengers suffer but their Extinction is what he wants

possible.... by the looks on their faces in the trailers I get the feeling they don't exactly agree with Ultron's plans and their good nature is clouded by their misplaced hatred of the Avengers

Well the last trailer suggests Ultron convinced them to join him, I want the interaction between them to be as realistic/serious as possible. Betraying Ultron should be a big deal, I hoping to see him crushed and sad after the twins betray him.

Speaking of Vision... I think he will betray Ultron after someone gives him the soul gem. That'd be interesting. Ultron was created with the mind gem, Vision with the soul gem.

Soul gem will be in Doctor Strange.

I think the main theory is that Ultron will create Vision from the AI that Stark created(JARVIS2.0/New AI), and that he would have overlooked his original programming(to be good/have morals). This will eventually backfire on Ultron("Everyone creates the thing they dread")
