I know it rankled people but I still stand by what I did. Those speculation threads are just pages of, well, speculation. It's also filled with useless junk. The main problem is that the Board has no real consistency and uniformity. I mean the original Mark 45 thread was started with a bad screenshot of a movie still. It wasn't even a picture of a figure. How is that acceptable?

That's all there was at the time... Doesn't mean a speculation thread can't be turned into a real thread, happens all the time.

Oh I totally get that it happens. If I see a thread started by Hologram AI I know for sure that things will be made right when official specs are announced. When you see one started by someone who has 24 posts I'm not going to wait to assume they're going to make it right.

I read in the art book that the XLIII was 'out of commission' after the Hulkbuster fight It doesnt say why

I was hesitant to open it after I saw the prices for the first Avengers art book but it was too tempting and I have enjoyed it since.

People dont you think that this figure will look a little bit fake with the Two (2) real-like thrust fire accessories?

i mean how do you need to add it on the figure?

it will be a click system i think, but that makes the bottom of the foot more ugly right?

looks fake i think.
But also its a better figure then the mark 43 maybe because it got a other body and other base and look. but no extra headsculpt and very overpriced....

Thrusters are added fodder to try and justify the price imo and they look pretty poor in this scale. They'd look better if they'd illuminate.

I think they changed that at some point, and so there was no explanation.

Maybe the 43 couldn't accomodate friday. When he puts on the chestpiece and the hand to fight captain america, which is after the Hulk fight, It's still the 43. First time we see 45 is as a hologram when he uploads friday.

Hmm that's interesting..... Maybe the 43 was specifically designed for JARVIS

yeah. i was shocked to see the aftermarket price of the 1st avengers art book. i mean more than 10times the original price?? but luckily enough i manage to grab 1 in amazon.uk for around twice the original price.
and i'm never ever gonna past on MCU art book ever again.

Same here, i have all of them so far except for the Avengers . They are great books but The Avengers is not worth (IMO) the prices they are asking now.

yeah ikr. $500 for a book? they are out of their mind. i just wish marvel could reprint them. (insert evil laugh)
