IDK why its more expensive there, is that USD? Conversion rate must not be favorable

Well the 43 is $480. I anticipated the 45 to be less.

The 45 is more expensive everywhere due to the new molds. 43 was a similar mold to 42 so cut cost there.

The price difference is becuase the 43 was mostly a reused figure. Which means its largest production cost, tooling (molds), was already made and paid for with the mk42. The mk45 has a lot of new parts. So new tooling. A single head is a small cost. Especially if it is a reused sculpt.

If you want to know if any future figures will cost more then look at the amount of new parts. If a figure has more then 20-30% new parts the price will rise significantly.
