Yeah it's a classic for sure. The 3 is iconic and a beaut', I still don't rule myself out from picked up a Die-Cast :panic:

Definitely!
- Not that it's any less great but I'd like to have the Die-cast with Die-cast, rather then Plastic & Die-cast armours for a more consistent theme.

It's bound to happen sooner or later.

The Mark III is definitely a iconic suit. It was the one that started this whole franchise after all. At least thats how I feel about it.

I don't think many would argue. Something timeless about it. It's why I still may pick one up, chances are in years to come it's an armour that I'd still proudly display.

Yup, agreed... I think what they need now is to release a DC VII or better yet, VII.... and then I can have what I think of as being the 3 phases of MCU Iron Man..

The worst IMO had to be giving away the "after-party" scene that led to Ultron Mk 1. Seriously? It was such an amazing scene. I hoped that maybe it would be different, or that the movie would've brought something "more" to that scene, but my god, the trailer used all of it. I sat in the theatre thinking it would've been so cool to be seeing this for the first time. But hey, my fault for watching the trailer I suppose...
Very true. That wasn't as bad as showing the Hulk catching Tony as part of the first Avengers trailer, though. I really wished I hadn't seen that trailer!

It's why I seldom watch more then the first trailer for movies I really want to watch. It's like with the Ant Man 6 minute previews during JW that I believe is happened with IMAX (?). No. Just No. :lol

It's crazy though because you have to just remove yourself from everything, You Tube, most TV Channels, it's a constant battle to avoid unwanted mini spoilers that would have been better left for the actual screening (like Ultron Mark 1). :slap

WUT? :google
Ultron MK1 would have been better kept hush hush I agree :slap, same with Ultimate Ultron and if it had a suit up sequence, the 45

The Ultron one could have been done as a voice over and the camera panning over the party with them still obvious - so it's enough for your to get excited knowing it's him, without seeing the Mark I walk into shot. :thud:

This weekend sees the release of Jurassic World on traditional and IMAX screens around the world, and those seeing the film in the larger format will be shown an ironic treat with a 6-minute preview of Marvel Studios’ upcoming film Ant-Man.

:horror

Phase 1: Mark III and Mark VII

Phase 2: Mark 45

Phase 3: Whatever armour from Infinity War

To me, that represents the evolution of Iron Man in the MCU.

Fair point... Come to think of it, if you were going by the MCU definition of 'Phase' which is a term they are using for grouping the movies into Groups, then that would be a more accurate assessment, although you could probably swap the Mk45 with the 43, as to me it is building on 42 which was the start of Phase 2 post Avengers 1 movie... and 'Phase 3' will be whatever Tony is using come the end of his involvement with the Avengers... If Mk46 is along the lines of rumoured concept art, then it won't be a big change from Mk45 anyway.. And I'd drop the Mk3, because VII is really the accumulation of all his early work..

$520 in my country.

Am I missing something? Why is this more expensive than the 43?
It lacks a Tony sculpt...

Should I get this or wait for Civil War?
