Hope you guys are right! It's always exciting when it finally releases. We get to see a bunch of new pictures, reviews on YouTube, and then..... wait for another month for them to get to SS (for us in the US anyway). Still, the sooner this gets released the sooner we get them!

I'm happy that Stan got released, but at the same time I'm still waiting very impatiently for the Mark 45 to release.

is this from a newer display?.. it looks absolutely beautiful.

edit.. are those white eyes going to be retained on the production version?.. that would be awesome to have them look like that with the lights off, is that new?

.. i know it can be done by adding stuff to the masks of the older figures.. but it'd be nice for a production figure to have this feature.

really? that's awesome. i hope this is the production version.. or i hope that the production version looks very close to this. these photos are the best this figure has looked yet (in my opinion). that paint job looks gorgeous, the red looks really nice, and i love the shine of that gold.

that mask definitely has to be my favorite yet. actually, i think the entire helmet is my favorite yet.. ah screw it.. this entire figure looks to be my favorite yet.

if only they had given him some more weaponry on screen. that's my only complaint. well, not really a complaint, but just something that could've made it even better than it already is.

Yeah I agree, this is the best it's looked so far. I know some people prefer the less metallic gold and lighter red from the promo pics, but I really dig this. And according to hot toys staff this is supposed to be a production sample, so it should be very close to this

I know I have said it before, but I actually like the Mark45 more then the Mark46. I really love this 1/6 scale, but I will have to wait a bit longer to get my 1/4 scale Mark45. If this is how good the 1/6 scale looks, then I am sure I will be blown away by the 1/4 scale.

yeah, i think the gold looks almost perfect, especially when you look at screenshots of both the 43 and 45, then look at their corresponding figures.. hot toys really nailed the different, more shiny, gold. as for the red, i think this version looks closer to the way it did on screen than the prototype's red did.

for me accuracy trumps all. even if i thought the previous gold looked better, i'd still prefer the way it is now. if they stop striving for accuracy, than what's the point? lol.

also, looking back through the initial promo shots of this figure, are we to believe that the stand will be able to allow for flying poses? i mean, they've included blast effects for the feet. so, unless i missed something and they're no longer included, the stand should be able to support a flying pose right? i'm curious to see what the directions will say about that.
