I like the hair. It may look bad in super-close-ups but I think on the shelf it does a nice job. I imagine some creative folks will get their yak hair and brushes out and really make the sculpt outstanding but for me this is The 1/6 Yoda as-is.

Selling off my Dx07 is definitely my biggest sixth scale regret. At the time there was nothing Star Wars related on the horizon so I figured why keep it when we're not going to see any more figures. Ugh.

The pairing with Yoda looks even better than I expected so I'm really hoping Hot Toys does some form of rerelease.

I still have my full DX07 set, but I'm contemplating letting the BD figure go along with everything else in the set, sans the clean figure and its corresponding accessories (blaster, hilt, oval stand, few hands).

Only really need 1 ESB Luke.

To be honest the people who've sold bespin Luke I wouldn't be too upset HT's will definitely make another
Today when I got Luke out I noticed he's really dated (paint apps on the face etc) but that's to be expected in came out in 2011

Yeah, that's what keeps me from the dreaded re-buy. I'm hoping we get a non-PERS version of some sort.

That would only make sense. Most owners would rebuy it anyways. Win-win for fans and HT. And they could do the sans PEERS with a backpack. Full of win on a rerelease.

I had my clean version out today to make some adjustments and still think it's a beautiful figure; one of my favorites in my collection, actually.

If HT ever re-releases a Bespin version, I can't say with certainty I wouldn't get it; it depends of course if it's just leaps and bounds better than the DX07. The PERS on the DX07 doesn't bother me (I haven't used it once on the clean figure and don't intend to) and the potential inclusion of a backpack on a re-release wouldn't be enticing to me, as my ideal Bespin Luke would be how my clean figure already is: him in his fatigues, blaster in hand and hilt on his belt.

The sculpt would basically have to just blow the DX07 sculpt away. Personally, I don't see that happening.

I'm in for HT to do another ESB Luke. I really like that outfit. I know it's gonna look great with the eventual ESB Vader.
