Also, after seeing this pic, I love it even more.



The contrast between the shades of blue is just beautiful to me.

There needs to be arm straps for the shield that attach by magnets, if only for aesthetics. It looks kinda stupid just stuck there without him holding it.

The straps would be detachable, making it easier to put it on his arm. It looks stupid as it is now with no straps.

The point is to make it hands free when he isn't throwing it, that's the way it's going to be in the movie... Get/use an older shield with straps if it bothers you that much.

I'm fine with no straps. I'm sure it's a Stark upgrade for Cap in the movie. I just hope it doesn't become a problem later on the finished figure. Falling off and what not.

wait wait wait. I just realized. Since there are no straps on this shield, that means we kinda can't just get these shields for our older figures unless we get magnets or somehow find the strapped version that came with GA Cap. Crap...

I'm sure they will give it straps again down the road. Either way, I agree that the blues and the patterns are just awesome. Can't wait to get this one.
