If I could change anything about the HB design it would be the two protrusions at the rear of each foot (the heel); would much rather have seen a regular foot from front to back.

yeah, i dont like the foot design either. its like hulkbuster is wearing flip flops, and heading to the supermarket for chips!

Would you happen to know when the tours start?

I really wish i could get this, but no way in heck would my wife allow me to get a $800+ figure. It looks so awesome though.

Just put it on flex pay and you'll be buying eight $92 figures

That's how I plan to justify it ha I'll have to limit the rest of my action figure spending for those 8 months and it'll be down to around 70ish a month by the time all my points are in ... seems manageable.

My wife is the same way, I had to promised a lot of things. and now i don't get Christmas or birthdays for the next 2 years. worth I think.

I don't think the movie will have anything to do with the sales/cancellations of this figure. In the end it's a bad-ass figure/IM armor, the quality of the movie won't change that.

I disagree, if, and I mean if the movie say suked or if HB only had like 2 mins in the movie that could easily sway some people to pass on it. On the flip side it will probably be an awesome movie not to mention that HB scene will be crazy good so I imagine people will want a figure of it and the sales will definitely spike. Granted it is $825 but I bet there will be a spike. Lol look on the fourms now, when some sites are possibly sold out people are getting scared they wont get one so now they might PO.

I doubt many people will cancel their order, since Hulkbuster has an NRD on SSC and a deposit requirement for BBTS.

Oh yeah, I disagree with your disagree...and raise you a disagree. :wink1: IM3 wasn't the best movie (on several levels) but that didn't seem to hurt the sales of Heartbreaker, Igor, Starboost, etc.; and their screen time as recognizable suits was minimal...AND they were operated by Jarvis. IMO, I don't think a 15 second appearance or sucky movie would cause people to cancel their orders.

I don't by any means think this movie well suck by most peoples standards, I was just saying that if it did suck it might sway a few people. However I do believe that if this movie is a hit, which it will probably be, I could see a lot more people PO this figure and causing it to sell out a lot faster. I wouldn't be surprised within a month of the movie release HB will waitlist.

Agree with your disagree Tinman...people went nuts over Midas and Python. I have yet to spot those armors in IM3

Those were more limited releases if I remember correctly, Python was a Toy Fair exclusive, and I remember Midas being in short supply as well. Hot Rod is another one with short screen time and also sold out fairly quick, I think it just depends on how the figure is released, if it is limited or not.

Good point. ..though it's funny. Issue out repaints and call them limited exclusives...very clever.

Hope you're right!
