If you want it I'd grab it quickly if I were you.

I had been leaving Leia as an eventual purchase, as there had been plenty of stock around everywhere, so put her on the back burner due to Christmas and other priorities, only for Carrie Fisher to sadly pass, and for all the stocks of this figure to swiftly disappear soon after. Haven't been able to track one down for a reasonable price since. Now I'm just hoping for an ESB Leia sooner rather than later...

Honestly, they made alot of all the Star Wars items.....if they run out, I believe HT would consider a second run.

Even then, I think there are plenty on the secondary market...that if you wait for it you will find it at retail or very close to it. Just wait a while till the hype surrounding her death....dies down...sorry bad pun.

My thing with Chewie is he is a fantastic first try for a mass produced furry Chewbacca. Much like other Hot Toys I expect them to slowly perfect him in future releases.

Cheers, my Leias dress has this huge crease running from her waist right up to her neck, looks really unsightly. I just dismantled her, soaked the dress, so I'll see if I can fix it.

Good luck, it's like pouring water over crap. The sleeve cuts on mine are embarrassingly awful. And the hem is cut so high and tight you can't even do a decent crouch pose to display with the crappy exclusive cardboard DS background.

I'm getting a yunsil dress and do it right. It will make a world of difference and make this figure classy.

It's crazy how the prices on these skyrocketed over the news of her death. I still remembered seeing her in a few retailers over a few months ago below retail.

Hope HT releases a v2 at some point for the fans.

So a quick soaking of the dress, iron out some of the unsightly wrinkles and took off the crappy underskirt thing and I'm a lot happier with her now. Was worth the 45 mins it took me.
