Most likely fixed in place as that's how they are on the OWK Vader belt as well. Like you said, most likely due to the electronics. Sideshow's Vader had the belt boxes fixed in place as well due to the electronics.

Well, as posted above, I have it and I can't move my boxes at all, so I asked for confirmation.
I don’t think Gipetto has it, yet you took it as hard confirmation, so why ask? But what do I know? Don’t mind me, carry on. Sorry.

You're correct, I don't have it. But as Wor-Gar said, it would make sense given that OWK Vader is the first one to utilize the USB chest and belt boxes that this ROTJ one would follow with the same idea for those components, which is why I chimed in. Happy to be corrected by anyone else who has it though
I agree with y’all. Wor-Gar has it and the boxes are fixed lol, and like you said, it’s the same thing they did for the OWK Vader. It’s good to know, cause now either some of us have to go get a previous belt with boxes if you’d like to have them closer to the buckle!
I have both OBW and RotJ Vader. I can confirm boxes on both figures are in a fixed position.

The underside of the belt. I didn’t think I needed to clarify and think you misread. This “hook” [ design where it grabs the belt looks just like the other belts with boxes that aren’t fixed, so I’m wondering what it looks like or if it’s modifiable as I stated.

Anyone had trouble with the control box. Had to wiggle mine for ages to get it work properly. My other vaders were fine. I hate these bloody usb power things so clunky

Swapped to OWK boots today and it was easy peasy, but when trying to swap the shoulder pauldrons I realized they're attached by glue/rubber rather then just with velcro as it was in my head. Anyone had any luck swapping these? The OWK and RoTJ chest armors are different so can't just swap the whole section.
Yeah…. Hence I kept saying they’re attached…. It’s all one piece.
