Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

I really can't get enough of the score from this movie.

Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

Watched again last night..So did Hulk’s snap with the gauntlet and getting his arm fried actually brought the heroes back?

It’s weird how he thought he failed, but it must’ve worked because the scene after, Thanos destroyed the Avengers HQ leading to the final fight and watching scene after scene nothing was shown differently other than Thanos beating up the core three before the heroes came back.

And Tony’s snap worked on destroying Thanos and the army into dust while getting fried , so Hulk had to be the one that brought everybody back :dunno

Yes. Hulk Snap brought everyone Thanos dusted in IW back (heroes and civilians).

Some are not content with what the Hulk accomplish. No, he have to SMASH! The stereotype/typecast must continues.....

When the fight with Thanos was going on I actually did completely forget about GreenBanner's snap...until 'on your left'

I liked Proffesor Hulk. When he was carrying the Avengers building, I thought it was a nice comic reference to this, so I give the Russo bros credit. Iit was the first thing I thought of when I saw the scene.

Yeah but then he immediately gets upstaged and outdone in that very task by Ant-Man.

I know, carrying heavy stuff just isn't enough. It's one of the reasons Superman Returns sucked. I remember walking out of that film disappointed, thinking it couldn't be worse, then BVS happened. :(

This..what about Cap bashing Thanos with the hammer to minimal effect only to have Wanda really jack Thanos up. The message of Girl Power :slap

So which Thanos was tougher. I thought present Thanos was pretty tough in IW but past Thanos nearly beat the leaving hell out of almost everyone without the Gauntlet :horror

I always thought that Wanda and Strange were the best suited to beat Thanos. They are pretty much uncounterable for Thanos without a gauntlet.

I think the difference here is that past Thanos was more hungry, more ruthless. IW Thanos already had 2 of the stones when the film begins, and he was more stoic and reflective. See in IW Thanos didn't even try to kill any of the Avengers/GotG unless absolutely necessary. EG Thanos was just out to kill.

Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

I've been thinking about scenarios that would have made the one arm Proffesor Hulk work in the final battle, while still having Thanos come out on top, without beating and embarrassing Hulk again. So it goes like this, at some point after Thanos loses his sword fighting Scarlet Witch, Proffesor Hulk lands in front Thanos, and he says something like, "We have unfinished business" and he punches Thanos, not doing much damage. Thanos proceeds to use the same attacks/ moves he used in IW, but Banner blocks the shots, hitting Thanos with an uppercut that almost lifts Thanos off the ground. Thanos then tackle Banner, and pummels him with punches MMA style. Thanos then goes for the vulnerable damaged arm, grabing it, trying to break it, and then it happens, Banner freaks out, close up in the eyes, his eyes bright green, veins everywhere, his muscles explode, HULK roars finally, no sign of Banner anymore, just a monster awaken!!

For the first time, we see fear in Thanos eyes, as he knows he may have made a tactical mistake. Hulk's damaged arm is still slightly smaller and severely burned. Hulk slowly pushes Thanos away from him and bites off Thanos' ear Mike Tyson style, he then hits Thanos so hard, a streak of purple blood comes out of Thanos' nose, Hulk like a monster tackles Thanos, and with both arms, smashes Thanos like a gorilla repeatedly into the ground, creating a crater. In the midst of the attack, Thanos spots his broken sword, barely manages to push off Hulk, grabs the sword, swings it a few time, misses, then catches Hulk in the leg and he then cuts off Hulk's burned arm. Hulk is on one knee, and a visibly exhausted, damaged Thanos is about to take a final shot with the sword at Hulk when Thor or some other character attacks him or something. The arm will grow back as it used to be because Hulk can regenerate. How's that?

Sure, give Hulk alone time with Thanos, diminish the rest of the heroes. Stark got brain farts and forgot how to turn on autopilot. Capt America can't find his shield and got lost trying to find it. Thor went out of breath due to his fats. Everyone else got space sickness or find some excuses. But Hulk slip on a wet rock and Thanos got the upper hand. At the last sec, the other heroes kick in and save the day.

You mean the way Cap, Thor, SWitch, and Capt Marvel all got alone time with Thanos? :lol

You're not a Hulk fan! It all makes sense now. Your name is Mr. Green...not Hulk, or Mr. Hulk. You liked proffesor Hulk in EG, because YOU ARE proffesor hulk here!!! This is the version you've been waiting for, the one you wanted all along! :horror

Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

We all know each one as an individual won't last long. Maybe Hulk strongest of them all, cough, cough, last longest of them all, but no one has to know, shhhh. It's a team effort. Sharing is caring.

That’s an interesting theory..but I thought Professor Hulk looked smaller than original Hulk . I think Professor Hulk would probably get beaten up by Thanos quicker than reg Hulk in IW

:lol :lol

How do TFA/TWS/CW look in 4K?

Sorry fell asleep clutching my Cap book in a fetal position.

Waiting for black friday to get them hopefully they’re part of the sale group or i’m going to feel stupid lol

I’ll see if they each get their mini discounts before BF i’ll get them.

I’m just cheap and don’t want to pay full price on movies I already own.
