...well, to my defence I have posted allot of other pictures of Bruce Lee, and photos of different figures that I have stumbled on while searching the internet
wink.gif

I can how ever - when I have time - take a photo of my EB figures and e-mail you. It is really no big deal. Need to maybe take some new once once I get the extra accessories for my "custom" one. No "kinky-no-pants" and sardine pictures though.... Hahaha....
:yess::yess::yess:
Here's a link to my old drawings on my website:

And here's the kit:

https://www.alanianson.com/brucelee.htm

I sold the sculpture to a company called 5th Sense, and unfortunately somewhere in the mouding/casting process they distorted the face some what. It's wasn't the greatest of likenesses, but if you look at the photos of the sculpture, you can see it was better than the castings.

Very good job! :clap:clap

Wow Al ! These are really NICE drawings !

My favorite are (I hope it is okay to re-post here):

Of Course... I was quite happy and satisfied by that much only, If I wanted to see the books, material, pictures, memorabilia... It would have exploded my brain

:explode:

Then I better keep those lucked up... Hehe...

Nice one, I think you are the second person I've heard of who owned one :D I actually had an email from a guy who has acquired the moulds from Killer Kits and wants to revive it. He's made a nice base to go with it too.

BTW It may be an unusual request but did you know India doesnt stock ANY Bruce Lee movies other than Enter The Dragon... So I actually dont have a set. Would anyone please be kind to send me a set of his movies EXCEPT GoD which I would appreciate if some one could give me A Warriors Journey or Bruce lee in G.O.D in its place... Thankfully now since I have paypal It wont be a problem sending you the funds for the trouble :) Hoestly Id love the 2 disc editions Ive seen of The Big Boss, WoD and FoF... etc etc

now should I post this in the WTB section...

Also I have very paintstakingly managed to get Bruce Lee's Fighting Method Vol 1 -4, Tao of JKD and Chinese Gung Fu anyone know any books more? and how to source them? Thanks :) After a long time I thought I should focus on the other stuff than his figures...

Oh, I missed that post. :pfft:

here you go :wave

i looked on ebay AXE there is a few.but there pretty scarce now(2disc ed) i sold mine and got the 30th ann boxset..same things as the dvd's but in a nice box.that maybe the way to go.bruce lee in GOD is pretty rare too these days

You might also want to check out the Austrailian 2-disc release Axe which are the same as the HKL once.

I have the HKL single releases and I picked up the 30th Anniversary set when it was going cheap. If anyone is interested I made a HKL style DVD cover for Enter the Dragon so they can sit nicely together on the shelf. I have a hires 20MG version you can download, also an inner sleeve.

Sorry for posting the above post after you guys had explained....

Tell me about it Al.... I actually went to Brandford, Leeds in England back in 2001 to attend the European premiere screening at a Bruce Lee event. Looking at this new - and more correct version - I was amazed and even got me to smile in some scenes of Bruce where he was not fighting, but seeing him with Hai Tien and Chieh Yuan and their interactions and Bruce's funny expressions (which gave me a more personal scene of Hai Tien, which I think was amazing and fun to see.... I even laugh surprisingly at it...). Btw, the print that John Little showed at this even did have a the original flawless picture (with the exception of the small bits I mentioned from the 78 Japanese print of "Game of Death"). John was at this even, and he said that he was sad that Brandon had not seen this unseen footage (including outtakes) of 97 minutes of original film footage shot by Bruce, that was discovered back in 1997 (if I recall right….).

I bet that was a great time. Anyone here attend the conventions organised by Kung Fu Monthly, back in the seventies?

That wouldn't have been organised by Kung Fu Monthly though, would it? The ones I'm taking about were held in London in '78 and '79. There was supposed to be a 3rd one in '80 but the riots caused them to postpone it... but it never happened, and they never returned the ticket money either

Al

NO they were organised by chris alexis and andy stanton if memory serves me.(getting on a bit now LOL).BRANDON WAS BOOKED TO APPEAR THE FOLLOWING YEAR but...we know what happened.
KFM and MARTIAL ARTS ILLUSTRATED and COMBAT were my monthly feeds about bruce

differnt cover to mine..may be a bootleg.cant tell for sure

Jepp, I know mate. There is also a 2nd. release in Japan of this in 2003 which has some changes in the original footage edit, plus they had down-graded the picture quality. How ever, just for the record, I prefer the first release edit.

Here is the cover of the 2003 Special Edition:
