Finally got mine today after a comedy of errors by awful UPS. Love the figure overall. Accessories and sculpt are top notch. But man did I get some stiff arms. Had to use the wife's hair dryer to get them to budge at all!

:lol Yup! It's embarrassing when the woman walks in and you're hair drying you dollies!

Just got the replacement body for Tony today but I've notice that the light doesn't turn off fully when I have the switch in the off position...

I got the body plus and left hand ball joint :lol

Weird, I got the complete figure in the original box minus the extras (backpack, hands, armor, weapons, stand, etc) but I have the HS, shirt, hoodie, pants, shoes and hands but all they want me to do is destroy the body on my original.

Sorry I was on my phone and got too lazy to type. I actually got the clothes, pants, boots, body and box. How you get a HS and hands?! They said I have to destroy the replacement part or else they'll charge me 50% of the original price. I just send them a email about the issue on the replacement then see what happens first before I destroying anything. I'm assuming they just want you to destroy the body to prove that you're not lying.

I was expecting a plain body in a small box. I guess they do need not the extra clothes for anything or the HS, so it is kind of a bonus.
I also got the boot from the leg armor but not the leg armor so guess whoever stripped mine was in a hurry.
If they did not make us destroy it then everyone would be trying to get a free body by saying the arc reactor does not work

^^^ Yeah, what did they ask for? There must be some procedure, because otherwise couldn't one person who had problems with theirs and took several pictures of their broken one (different backdrops/surfaces to avoid similarities) just share those pictures with other people, and each person "pretends" to have a broken body and sends a different picture for replacement to avoid suspicion? :panic::panic::panic:

SSC requires photographs of your broken item. Isn't worth the risk to fudge one, they'll revoke your account permanently if you get busted I reckon.

Yeah, I figured they would ask for some tag in the pictures, or a photo of yourself or ID or something that clearly shows it is your figure and not someone else's, to be on the safe side.

From my exp in returns they do not require ID or tags. I usually include that anyway but it hadn't been requested.

They had me attach the photo to the email that they sent me. The email had all the info that they needed. Faking a broken body would seem to be a real pain in the a$$ just for a free body.
