She's fast enough for you, old man. :lol

Why couldn't they put this into production and ship it in multiple large boxes?

It's not as if it would need to arrive fully assembled.

Sure. And each part costs 1000-2000 and it needs 50-100 pieces. Totally doable. I mean, that's the cost of a Lambo, a Range Rover, a Benz, a house...but sure.

Because other than maybe Steve Sansweet, who would have a place to put it? It's not practical at all from any sort of production, shipping or owning standpoint.

I could personally put it in my garage, but that would be a frivolous waste of space. I would think storing cars in the garage is more important than storing a glorified Star Wars doll house! Besides, what if someone got buyers remorse and decided they wanted to sell it? Good luck with finding someone local.

Too big to carry around the living room "pew pew pew"ing after the Lego Space Cruiser held by little brother. Don't want.

I am betting you have not actually seen it. Rough is not how I would describe it. And sections of it are as detailed as any production piece. The interior of the ship is fleshed out just like the bridge in most places

No, not true. Comparing to the real deal it has very poor details. Don't get me wrong, it is stunning as what it is. But it is quite rough when you compare to the ANH 5 foot model from the movie:
