I would say almost no chance of a 1/4 Scale 1989 Batman... heck, they couldn't even get out a Catwoman for that license.
Hot toys having a 20th anniversary, is like watching 2 sports teams playing in a game, where one team is WAY down, and it seems the other team is going to win the game easily. But, by a stunning turn of events, the team that was way down in points starts making a huge comeback, and they end up winning the game, much like hot toys, who have been WAY down in points with collectors of Batman, Predator and Terminator for the last few years, only announcing Marvel and Star Wars figures, with the 20th anniversary coming up, they have a chance to make a HUGE comeback, announcing figures like 1/4 Predator figures[like they teased 8 years ago], a 1/4 1989 Batman figure, the 1/4 1984 police station shootout T-800, and a 1/6 Jungle Hunter 2.0, but we'll have to wait and see.......
