I have to agree with the thread title - I did not see this coming at all. I thought we were done with 89 Batman. I expected to see Arkham City as the next Batman item released.

Here's hoping that this is the beginning of a beautiful new era. Honestly, though; I'm strongly contemplating this one. It would solve the problem of Joker being by himself (If I re-buy Batman/buy the Batmobile, I would like to have them posed together in the "stop" scenario), and this would be a more independent design, while also being a representation of the Joker in my collection.

Agreed. Some are even paying that much for that battle damaged Mark VII figure. I wonder how long it'll be before the bubble pops on this collectible scene.

In the first few seconds I thought it's a fun thread today.

A pass for me but definitely a grat looking figure,
think it it could show us that HT is probably working on other figures we don't expect to show right up without any teaser, too.

I thought it was spam seeing as how I heard absolutely NOTHING bout this guy lol. I liked it but my girlfriend LOVES the look so I decided to bite the bullet and PO it.

I gotta admit though, that hat looks pretty cool.

This is totally me as well (mostly due to the pricing of figures)....Last HT I bought was DX 08 and 09, but I can't say no to this, it's just too awesome.

I thought it was going to pop around $225-240. Now we're at $275-300 for many 1/6 pieces and people still aren't batting eyes that heavily. I can't figure it out.
