Well yeah thats nearish enough lol

With Avengers, Iron Man 3, and the War Machine movie it'd be odd if they didnt make another War Machine figure

Yeah isn't Avengers coming out Summer of 2012? I would lean towards them waiting until whatever the next movie he'll be in is out. Who knows though. It's not exactly common place for HT to make multiple versions of the same character, particularly a secondary one (despite what people may think) but Iron Man is clearly a special case.

I agree with you about that. The only way we'd see another one before his next film appearance would be a BD version to go along with the MkVI...which I wouldnt mind at all :D

People have been collecting paintings and toys as investments for decades. It's not going to change anytime soon.

And you point is? People have been doing all sorts of things that are bad for themselves and others for decades. That's hardly any reason to just give up on trying to change anything, at least imo.

My point is, why bother. You wont convince them otherwise. This board is a great example. ;)

War Machine /looks/ like it should have really good articulation because of the separate overlapping plates. It is better than any of the figures from the first film but still not great and not nearly as good as the MKIV.

Imo Warmachine is not as good as the Mark 1(no way in hell) and the mech test tony, but i do think it's a better then the Mark 2,3,and battle damage m3.

On the subject of people thinking the scratches are actual product damage, I hope people keep thinking that. It makes me smile.
True. Just goes to show you how talented the artists at HT can be. The scratches look so damn convincing. :clap

I do believe he was talking about "flexibility/poseability" of the figures, but only he can clarify that.

Yeah, the Mk.I is a tough one to beat.
This thing is pure art from any angle.

Mine is arriving in the next few days. If I open up the box and find little silver chips in the paint then all hell will break loose.

I was comparing the flexability strictly to the mkII and III. Sorry should have been more clear. The MKI has excellent range of motion.

:lol

You know, I'll bet the staff at Hot Toys are reading this thread, laughing their @$$ off, and :hi5:.

I mean, they actually have people thinking that the figure is actually scratched. Further proof that these artists are first class. They certainly made this figure as realistic as possible. :clap:clap:clap

Still not have my Mark IV, after over 2 weeks.
-.-
I can´t track him, although I have Leo´s normal tracking number, which works everytime, but this time he did not even show up without customs at my place.

Anyone got their´s from goodshipped, which they PO´Ed?!

the Batman line? There are at least 4 jokers no? 4 batmans (now with Demon).

The Batman line and Iron Man line are very much special cases. It's rare for HT to release any more than two or three figures from any given license let alone do a single character multiple times.

3 Jokers were released.

-V1
-Bank Robber
-DX01

The DX comes with a cop outfit so you can build another figure making it 4. And you can use the slicked back hair head that comes with the Bank Robber to build a nurse making it 5. But there were only 3 Joker releases from The Dark Knight.

Including the demon, 5 Batmans were released.

-Batman Begins
-TDK Original Costume.
-The Dark Knight
-DX02
-Demon Batman
